To allow a word for regular players but to prohibit it from being used by staff is just .... for lack of a better term... idiotic. Sure if the staff member uses the word as an insult of course it'd be a problem and it would be dealt with. But to prohibit the use of it at all when a lot of the "older" staff have no problem with the word as long as it's being used "properly" makes no sense at all. If you're going to have words that can only be used by certain people than you may as well make everyone use a fucking safe chat.
