Ultimately, Jason can outlast Satou. Ken seemed to confuse different versions of Jason, applying durability antifeats from Zombie Jason to the Deadite version Verlux was running, and the confusion makes it doubtful that Satou can kill Jason, given that the actual feats presented for his damage output are not as good as things Jason can simply withstand. I do not believe that Satou can permanently put down Jason. However, I do not believe that Jason can permanently incapacitate Satou, as the behavior required to do is not accompanied by feats suggesting that he would do this. This leads to a bit of an unsatisfying stalemate, but both Ken and Verlux agree that Satou would die of old age, and Ken's evidence of Jason's Deadite body being unable to survive for 20-some years is fairly weak. This is the risk you run into in a battle between two immortal beings, I suppose.
