MM community improvements

- Going through all of the current mods on SRC and Discord and removing people who dont fit the following criteria, also interview people who we think are a good fit

Discord mod criteria:
represent the community in a positive light
knowledgeable on speedrunning the game
active and helpful in the discord
actually moderate

SRC mod criteria:
knowledgeable on speedrunning the game and knows the rules for each category
quick to verify runs with a week grace period
know how to create categories and edit existing ones (we can teach that if needed to)

SRC verifiers criteria:
knowledgeable on speedrunning the game and knows the rules for each category
quick to verify runs with a week grace period

- Giving me super mod on SRC
- Creating that strats channel and figure out how to organize the playlists etc / putting all the current routes for all the categories on a doc and update them in the future
- Making a vote to get rid of console split and to add ace/no ace to any%, and srm/no srm to all the other glitched categories
- Possibly making a NMG category (no major glitchles) with tabs such as no index warp, no equip swap
- Think about what we want to do with tdc and afr
