Clubs require at least 3 student members and a staff advisory to be recognized by the school. Additionally, Clubs are required to remain active (make some sort of post or log related to club activities) at least once every two months. These logs can be posted collectively or by any representative of the club. These logs can be open to all or exclusive to club members.

  7. Clubs have access to their own club room and a "modest" budget (which, given the wealth of the Academy, is equal to several thousand dollars a month). Club rooms and topics are generally not restricted by Academy staff unless things get too out of hand, and clubs are welcome to decorate and maintain their rooms as they wish.
