You form the sword of truth as you look at the mighty strands of the net that binds Tiamat in place, helpless to defend herself against Marduk's attacks. You start running alongside Tiamat's side, using the blade to cut the net to pieces as you race past her side.

It's actually pretty impressive how much larger Tiamat is than Marduk up close. She's basically five times the size of the man who had felled her! If you didn't know any better, you'd consider this some sort of David and Goliath style battle, but... the aggressor here is Marduk, without a doubt. When you've reached Tiamat's head, having slashed away one side of the net, you begin to rapidly scale the humongous binding tool, slashing through giant ropes as you do, until finally, you stand atop Tiamat's head. Almost getting tangled in the light blue hair of the gigantic woman.
