Clan Meeting

Yoshigetsu bow his head at the order and clasp his hands together forming a single seal. As the clan party began to grow, Yoshi too this moment to study everyone chakra capabilies since everyone was at close proximity. Should he need to pair up with another from his clan for the next chuunin exam, he'd have a clear idea to whom he wanted to align himself with.

With that one seal a network of webs would cast within a 17 tile radius, revealing the chakra capacity over everyone present. As he motion towards his seat, a scroll is drawn from his pouch and notes were made.
Yoshigetsu has activated a technique: Kanchi no Jutsu!

Yoshigetsu continued to scribble down the data collected. At this point should either of his kins were to be captured, Yoshi would have a chakra signature trace to track down for any rescue granted that [rp flag] enough time hadn't passed, and the trails didn't grow cold.

Hozuki, Saikawagetsu looking up for a moment she would look about, she must have dozed off..

Hozuki, Urigetsu nods as everyone arrived one by one.

"Good. Now that you are all here, I will get right the point. As you know I am a straight forward person and do not cut corners or beat around the bush. I am Urigetsu, the Third and reigning prince of our clan."

Uri's looked at his clan-members as he had done everyone. Cold and indifferent yet if one looked closely, they would see a hint of affection flashing in his eyes likely because was talking to those of his linage.

"I called you all here today for several reasons. To anew the structure in the clan, to get to know everyone and to plan events for the clan going forward. "

"Events such as mourning and sending off our late clan leader Mingetsu. Only a few of you have met him but he died in combat against rogues;-- one of the rogues being of our flesh and blood, the one known as Hyugetsu who I personally nurtured. A grave mistake of mine that I intend to fix."

"In the very near future, they will be either a point system or a ryo system. This system will be a mission board of task to complete for ryo or points. Things like bullying or fighting a kaguya. Simple things around the village."

Smiles and points towards the shinobi behind him.

"Shoto, introduce yourself and say your piece. Then I will ask them on their opinions"

Hozuki, Shotogetsu had remained quiet, his arms and legs intertwined while he leaned against the back wall behind the prince. The words that Uri spoke were true and it was clear they carried heavily on him. His steely blues scanned each member that attended prompting a hidden gentle smile on his face.

"Right, I am Shotogetsu. I am the Second Prince." His legs and arms unravel as he propels himself upright off the wall, showing his towering stature.

"I will be the second in command to help support both The Third Prince and clan. I hope to see how this upcoming generation will surpass us." The final words were given just before he deposited his hands into his pockets letting Uri to continue.

Mazokugetsu eye's flicked between the two heads of clan. He kept it quiet, his hand squeezing the training tool that rested within it.

Hozuki, Urigetsu says: Very good. I am glad that you mentioned the new generation surpassing us Shoto. That reminds me of the upcoming chūnin exams.

Hozuki, Shotogetsu whispers: Have them introduce themselves first..

Hozuki, Urigetsu says: Before I get to that though. I would like for each of you to stand up and introduce yourselves. Tell us a bit about yourself. Lets start with Mazokugetsu then move to the right.

Mazokugetsu stood up as instructed his grip trainer still in hand. "My name is Mazokugetsu, people call me Maku. I'm probably the oldest genin to ever live."
Mazokugetsu took his seat. He wasn't going to mention that he was wearing Mingetsu's mask, those that had seen him before probably already knew it looked familiar.

Hozuki, Urigetsu asks: Oh? And what are your goals and reasons for becoming a shinobi Maku?

Yuki, Sumiya sits at the table in the back and blends in.

Mazokugetsu says: I want to avenge Mingetsu.

Hozuki, Urigetsu stares at Maku with a meaningful look before sending him a nod. He himself wanted nothing more than to avenge the late clan leader.. even if he became a demon in the process.

Uri felt this way but he knew he had big responsibilies and needed to help his clan first before all.

"A goal worthy of glory and my respect. A good seedling you are Maku"

Hozuki, Saikawagetsu glancing over towards the others now she waited patiently.. One of the oldest genin alive?.. That was impressive!..

"My name is Saikawagetsu.. Someone once said I should of been born a tiger shark..Because I eat some of the most rediculous things..From crabs to..D rank ninja cats..Birds, Rats are gross.." she softly rambles off before straightening her position.

"..I became a Shinobi for two reasons.. To learn to control my sensing abilities..And so I wouldn't be hungry..I also want to become a powerful Suiton slingign shinobi.." she says making a quick draw of finger guns.

Her blank emotionless expression never receded during this, her unblinking big blue eyes staring forward.

"..Im ready for this task board.. I stole cigarettes and chocolate milk for that lean punk..And he only payed me half the money because I was spotted by the clerk..Hmng.." she grumbles.

"My goals...I want to taste the universe itself...And throw entire oceans of suiton at my enemies some day..When people look at Kirigakure and the Hozuki clan..I want to be the reason the price of floatation devices goes up in the stock markets..." she says with a final nod..

Hozuki, Shotogetsu removes a hand from his pocket and rubs the bridge of his nose. The two new names were unique, yet the most recent one was a mouthfull for him to repreat in his head.

"You have a long name, can I call you Saika?"

Hozuki, Urigetsu covered his mouth, holding back a chuckle and retaining his noble priestage as he listened to Saika. She seemed to be the color to most pictures in his opinion.

"You did what now? Stealing Cigarettets and milk? Hermmm.. I don't know Shoto. This little one seems like trouble. Can't have them doing stuff not even allowed in the village and having the clan take blame for her actions.. despite what those of noble clans often do. We might need to implement a punishment system as well" He exclaimed in a joking tone. It was all teasing, he didn't intend to implement anything of that nature.

Spolied brats, trouble-makers or whatever. The Great Four Clans of Kirigakure produced all sorts of characters, so Uri didn't see a problem with those of the clan abusing their noble status to do bad things in a way.

He himself was a troubled youth. It was a messed up logic but Uri wasn't rightous. He did things based on strength.

The winner was the King and the loser is the thief, he often said.

"Very good Saika. "

"I will be sending out the task board list at a later time within the year. There are a few more other things to complete first."

Looking towards Yoshigetsu, he send him a nod, signaling him to introduce himself.

Hozuki, Saikawagetsu listening to Uri she gasped at the mention of a punishment system.. Saikawagetsu believes she was born without parents..But she has seen how Aikawa handles his kids.. The image of the brutal mortal kombat use of a belt on Aiko had somewhat made her believe..She was glad not to have parents..

Nodding her head with a solemn choice she spoke.. "..I dont think i will be stealing milk and ciggarettes again..Any time soon" she stated softly.

Although he was chuckling, Urigetsu had become something of a role model to the child.. Which confused her by his chuckled nature.. She hadn't considered the Hozuki taking a blame..Or that she might have caused trouble..

These were keypoints she would remember before accepting a robbery for 300 ryo

Yoshigetsu stood up from the wooden bench and reflected on the information shared with him. He wasn't aware of Mingetsu passing, despite having shared many fond memories with the late clan leader. Showing no emotions, he'd present himself to the cluster of hozuki and begin his introduction.

"Hello everyone.."

He paused for a moment as he unlatched the water bottle strapped to his side. Flipping the nozzle and taking a few pulls before continuing.

"I'm Yoshi, an orphan to the clan. I have no true knowledge of my father's or mother's ties to the village's military but... like many of you... it was the only oppertunity for survival. As a genin, I've vowed to protect the village and follow the orders of my commanding officers."

Reaching around his waist the genin would fasten his water bottle back into place.

"My nindo is simple, I swear to eliminate anyone that questions or challenges my will"

Looking behind him before taking his seat, the emotionless boy would reflect on his words. He wasn't sure if he completed the task set before him. There wasn't much else for him to say, he was too young and unexperience to have  a clear idea on what his specialty should be as a shinobi.

Hozuki, Shotogetsu leans his head forward causing a bundle of his hair to drape over his right eye. A faint chuckle was held back under his breath after hearing the exchange. It seems the nudge Uri was looking for worked, but he knew it was not all talk. There would most likely be a system put in place if things were indeed an issue.

"I hope you mean that, Saika." His gaze turns to the last Hozuki that spoke.

"Nice to meet you Yoshi great nindo. But also, all of us in this room is your family even if you are an orphan. Never forget that."

Hozuki, Urigetsu says: Alright. That wraps things up for today's meeting. For here on out, you all will recieve letters to be summoned again.
Hozuki, Urigetsu says: An announcement will follow but a letter detailing the meeting, event or whatever the summoning is for will be sent via carrier owl.

Yoshigetsu had a clear understanding of his clan's chakra signature and was more than likely able to identify them in the future, should they go rogue, become prisoners of war, or murdered. A trail would be detected [place an rp flag]
Hozuki, Urigetsu says: If anyone has anything to say it. It not you all are dismissed.
Yoshigetsu nodded his head.
"Sir Urigetsu, will there be any training moving forward?"

Yoshi was eager to learn more about the clan's talents and effective methods to use in combat.

Hozuki, Urigetsu says: Training? Hmm This third prince does not make use of many of our clan's unique talents. Perhaps the third prince can show you.
Hozuki, Urigetsu says: Shoto, the floor is yours. Show them a few techniques that chūnin Hozuki are able to perform.
Hozuki, Urigetsu says: Second Prince can show you*.

Yoshigetsu eye shifted over towards Shoto as he began his display of power.
Yoshigetsu despite not having any concrete thoughts on what his specialty should be, the boy had an invested interests in kenjutsu, sensory, and ninjutsu. However his massive chakra was only a tool to help sustain a defensive stance against taijutsu. Though as a genin, he'd strive to become something more than a commoner. Should there be a tournement held among him and his kins, the emotionless hozuki would strive to finish with high markings, despite his lack of jutsus under his belt.

Hozuki, Shotogetsu nods and moves to center stage. A small was written on his face as if his intentions were about to be given away.

"I will show one technique, for each meeting we have.." He chuckles and removes a kunai from his holster, twirling it with his index finger. The kunai suddenly stops as he held it in a reversion grip fashion and tosses it just above his head.

"This technique is the most basic of our clan, if anything it's our cornerstone. What makes us, almost unkillable." The sound of the kunai being driven into the wooden ceiling could be heard throughout the room. But something was off, only the tip held the steel in place.

"You have to decide how exactly you want to use this technique. You can focus your abilities to use it as a last re-" Before he could finish the kunai would unwedge itself with the use of gravity and fall straight for his skull.

"Or maybe not last resort, but master it to the point that it's second nature.." The Kunai hand lodged itself into his skull causing multiple streams of water to run down his face. "And that's all for the first technique, I don't think I have anything else to share." His smile slowly fades to a neutral state as he removes the kunai from his skull allowing it to regenerate with water.
