  1. @everyone So this is happening.
  2.
  3. As you all know we've been sitting around for a while, waiting on the moveTM to come to a finish.
  4.
  5. There has been a hell of a lot of arguing etc. in High Command channel and simply put, the rest of RA High Command are simply not up to the task of running a full blown Coalition. As we've seen, their focus on RP posts and 'good PR' has literally done us worse in the public eye instead of actually going down the proper direction of the Coalition.
  6.
  7. They will try and convince you that I do not want to move to Great Wildlands however the simple fact is I think it's a cool idea, and I think it's a good thing to go for when we are ready. To be clear my only 'pushback' regarding this idea was the idea of leaving TMOCC behind the warzone to try to fend off snuff solo.

  9. After pushing twilight constantly for an entire night on when/how services would be ready, it was estimated at least 4 weeks or so, which is completely unacceptable, there were methods for us to get proper services up and running within the first week or so of evac, however it was shrugged off because he doesn't like Alliance Auth, even though we can tear it down and rebuild it the way we like, as TMOCC did with our services. Meaning we would have a functioning IT infrastructure within a week, however they were pushing for a move within 2 weeks without even having proper
  10. services setup, aka a recipe for failure.

  13. @everyone I'm in no way against a democratic process in regards to Coalition Leadership, however theres a simple component to every corp/alliance/group and even country in regards to this: A leader. Whilst big decisions should be voted on and executed behind closed doors, with the leadership of the coalition, which SHOULD be at the very least the Execs of all corps/alliances - Something that enables all leaders within the Coalition to stand up for their members, every group/coaltion/whatever should have an actual leader. Someone who is the face of the Coalition, the voice of the Coalition, and most of all the person In the Coalition that sets a direction, and acts in the best interest of the Coalition, someone who is willing to make the tough decisions, and isn't afraid of getting their hands dirty.

  15. This is a concept I brought up within the High Command channel to no avail, primarily after all of this CVA drama where they were pussyfooting around with keeping them blue, essentially bowing down to them and making RA look weak. Yes, we had supercapitals to move out still, however the simple fact is: We've never really used supercapitals, we won't be using them for quite a while, and it's not like we'd be abandoning them. The main argument against my proposal of asset safetying supers that aren't already moved, or can't move on their own, was the cost, which I'll admit, is a bit steep. However the simple fact is, we're a Coalition, we stand up and look out for each other, it would have made so much more sense with my proposal because although we would have had to pay asset safety (eventually, only when you pull the ship out of safety), it's something we could compensate as a coalition with income made in the future. Income that would have been much quicker to acquire, since if we had asset safetied them, it would have put us a solid 2 weeks ahead of where we are now.

  17. @everyone More than this, it also would have enabled us to acted, with, well, a set of balls. CVA had snuff on us, they betrayed us, abandoned us, they were literally moving caps/supers through OUR fortizar during all this, and the rest of HC essentially begged to stay blue with them out of fear of the supers, which as I just explained, wouldn't have really been an issue. As a result, we practically embarassed ourselves as a coalition, showing a lack of strong, decisive leadership that would stand up for their members, and essentially let CVA publically walk all over us. Yes, we won timers, yes we helped kill their fortizar, and whilst this was happening, instead of focusing on how to act in everyones best interests next, we focused on writing up an RP letter, which ofc was posted on reddit, and well, combined with CVAs counterpost, just sort of made us look a bit silly and weak.

  20. Now on top of all of this, with all the downfalls exclaimed, and how I've tried to avert said things and actually get this thing going in the RIGHT direction with a proper leadership structure, it seems I've failed. As of today Twilight stripped my roles within RA channels ingame (Ones that I made for the benefit of the coalition), and I expect my access to a bunch of other things will soon be removed.

  23. @everyone I understand that alot of you are feeling homesick, and want to get back to the nullsec life, although I may run a predominately FW group, my members and I
  24. sympathize and care for you, we pretty much all have nullsec backgrounds, and I think it's a massive waste of potential for this to continue as it is. I wholeheartedly believe that even if RA does manage to deploy, it's only a matter of weeks before poor leadership, indecisivenes and frankly pure incompetence from a leadership standpoint will lead it into the ground. Whilst there isn't exactly a 'great' option as of right now, I've managed to secure us a home back in Providence, with non-aggression from the current holders - Whilst I still do what to kick said holders out eventually, this is the best option we really have to salvage this. They're aware we don't want to be long term friendlies, and we ofc understand that too, however I think it's important for us to have a few weeks of ACTUAL stability, where we can have some time to actually make money, rebuild infrastructure and grow our power. Once we have actually got everything set up, with proper infrastructure, IT base, and refreshed members with an improved PVP capability, then we can start looking at deployments to places like Great Wildands etc. to find more diverse content, build up our name and grow further in wealth and combat ability.

  26. I did not want it to come to this at all, I've tried and tried to steer this boat into the right direction, even with more drastic measures as of late however there isn't much more that can be done, especially now with my roles being removed. I know that although some of you may not like me, I am trying to do the absolute best for all of you, at the end of the day we've flown together through good and bad, and over the past few weeks we've all been able to build a strong bond, and I care for all of you like you're family.
