Yellow - Kneed

*Yellow!*

The warning was all she got. Sudden spikes exploded from near the ropes, and the brief warning was all she had to barely roll out of the way. Even with the dodge, a few of the sharpened blades cut into her shoulder and side, but it was the difference between shallow cuts and being disemboweled, so she wasn’t about to complain about misfortune. After all, the assault wasn’t over yet. T’s purpose hadn’t just been a surprise attack. It was a surprise distraction.

Even with all of her Pokemon going after Larxene and her clone, all it took was one surprise teleport to get Yellow right in her blind spot. When she saw her moment, Larxene was there, teleporting into the path of Yellow’s predictable dodge with a knee that slammed right into the side of her face with the force of a sledgehammer. Yellow spun like a drill from the impact as she skidded away, and the only thing keeping the two fighters from finishing her off right there was the sudden swarm of Pokemon from behind them that leapt to her aid, acting on their own free will in the name of the preservation of their master. It wasn’t the best defense, but the sheer numbers forced them to cease their assault, even if they didn’t retreat entirely. It was barely enough time for Yellow to recover.
