Longer answer: The First Marine Expeditionary Force has been deployed to Mozambique to stop a brewing civil war and return stability to the region. At least that's the Official story is, something else is going on but Kaeo Tokura and the other Marines of Charlie Company, 1st Reconnaissance Battalion are really quite sure what it is. What they do know is that they and Marines all over the country are guarding REVOCS factories and there are a lot of people who really don't seem to like that.
