  1. Jobs without quality = any peasant can do them.
  2. Many hands make light work!
  3. No Quality skills are useful to know, especially for newer players and early forts. The things these skills produce have no quality levels, so skill only determines speed. Here's my happy happy list of no-quality skills: Mining, Wood cutting, Small animal dissection, Butchery, Tanning, Gelding, Soap making, Wood burning, Potash making, Lye making, Milling, Brewing, Plant processing, Cheese making, Milking, Shearing, Spinning, Pressing, Beekeeping, Fish cleaning, Fish dissection, Furnace operating, Strand extraction. Gem cutting is 90% no skill, as there are random gem crafts that have quality, but meh. I'll have a whole row of jeweler workshops filled with newbies cutting, and one for my master gem setter. Likewise, stone blocks have no quality, so as long as you're just making blocks, you can assign a bunch of masons who'll skill up quick. You'll want your best stone detailers to make your engravings, but a whole crowd of unskilled ones can smooth a huge area quickly!
