Pokemon Crystal Any% Glitchless Manipless

This is a condensed version of the Notes I used going for sub 3:20.
Because of that, these notes assume general knowledge of the run/general route.
I will be omitting most of the healing spots.

Without changing the route too much, you can get one extra candy (likely violet candy before going to lake of rage) and use it at the start of victory road (or whenever you get L47 before Rival 5) to help some ranges (Meganium, Crobat, L50 Dragonite and maybe some small things on Kanto?).
Can also consider getting the rocket HQ nugget and sell it for 2 Calcium (helps with all special ranges after that).

Set Options to Fast,Off,Set
(Having a save file present loses a little time if you save for Douglas, but is slightly more reset efficient)

depending on preference and/or early vs late UG or ATK stat this shop differs a bit.
So this is the idea behind this shop:

-You always get TM33 and the X-Items listed (early UG doesn't x spc on rival 3, good ATK only uses 1 X atk on Chuck).
-There are 7 possible Escape rope uses:
1:	Burnt tower after Rival 3
2:	Lighthouse1
3:	Rocket HQ, after getting the password after the first exectutive (slower on average, but skips 1 spinner pass)
4:	Rocket HQ, After the electrodes (can just walk outside with the cost of a small amount of time)
5:	Lighthouse2
6:	Radio Tower, after finding the president
7:	Dragon's den

-2 of those uses are somewhat optional (3,4), 3 is also only really worth going for if you avoided the spinner
Ideally you want to avoid having to do an extra shop for escape ropes.
The timeloss of the extra shop can be made up by buying 4 Hyper pots in olivine, extra full heals in the second goldenrod shop and skipping E4 shopping
