- -Prince Agnes of Victoria-
- A severe, humourless Elder, Prince Agnes was one of the first Kindred created in the New World. Though at the time she was young and inexperienced, her talents within Ventrue society were recognized. She was trained and tutored by the then-leaders of the cities of the developing colonies and relocated to a rapidly-developing city in the then British colony of Canada to maintain Camarilla control in the West. She has maintained her rule since the city's founding.
- She is very much a silent figure, rarely speaking out or drawing attention to herself, preferring to let her council of Primogens do the talking for her. Let this not be confused for weakness on her part, for she holds the leashes of her council and her city very tightly, working from the shadows and letting others put themselves in the line of fire. When she does confront something directly, she is an intense presence, speaking sharply and deliberately and never holding back with euphemisms. Of course, she's oft been criticized for how rarely she shows her face to the public. To her, the risk of losing some reputation is worth keeping things stable in a place so closely watched by Kine and enemies of the Camarilla alike.
- Between the Seattle Prince's youth and the Vancouver Prince's intense external pressure, she is seen as a pillar of support and stability, and is the one who most often communicates with central Camarilla leadership.
- Laws:
- --Siring is forbidden without explicit permission from the Prince. The punishment for failure to uphold this principle is death for both Sire and Childe.
- --Killing Kine is strictly forbidden. Allowing oneself to reach the point of Frenzy in a way that threatens the Masquerade is grounds for banishment or death, and all accidental killings of mortals must be reported immediately.
- --Feeding outside of approved Hunting Grounds is forbidden. (Loosely enforced. If you don't break the Masquerade or feed while an authority is watching in an unapproved place you will probably get away with it)
- --Report all Sabbat activity to proper authorities.
- --Immediately report all 14th and 15th Generation Kindred.
- --The Prince retains the right to call for Lextalionis at any time.
- Known Primogen:
- Keiran - Toreador. Wealthy eccentric known to be harbouring a Childe and numerous ghouls
- Gabriel - Malkavian. Has a penchant for odd costumes and speaks almost entirely in esoteric rhymes.
- Iris - Nosferatu. Very rarely physically seen, but she has other ways of making her presence known.
- Cecelia - Tremere. A cold, calculating figure with immense technological and medical knowledge, of both antiquated and modern designs.
- Clifford - Gangrel. Embraced in the Old West and still very much a cowboy. Oddly enough, highly skilled in technological fields.
- Kali - Brujah. Passionate, amorous, and incredibly powerful. Not to be taken lightly under any circumstances.

- -Prince Alois of Seattle-
- Though not a particularly forceful or oppressive Prince, Alois is still notable -and closely watched- for several reasons.
- Embraced as a Ventrue in England in the early 1800's, Prince Alois quickly came to taste power by being associated with his Sire, a Harpy hailing from ancient Italian nobility. When it came time for him to strike out on his own, he chose to not try to attempt to struggle against the long-standing aristocracies of the Old World, opting instead to try to stake out his own new territory across the ocean. Searching the New World for places where he could efficiently begin establishing power, he eventually came across a rapidly-growing and affluent city in the Northwest. Though there was enough of a Kindred presence that leadership was not simply granted to him, it was an opportunity he grabbed eagerly, and one that would eventually pay off.
- Perhaps the thing that stands out the most about Prince Alois is his age. Despite being only an 11th generation Kindred, he nonetheless managed to work his way up the ladder, ousting elders to take his place at the top. Though he is sometimes looked down upon because of his relative youth, he has proven himself to be driven and competent, dedicated to upholding the will of the Camarilla. He is generally looked upon favourably by the Kindred of his city as his hold over them is fairly light, but he is an intimidating presence in the higher levels of command, always watching his court with sharp, wolfish eyes.
- Though he is generally known to not meddle much in the affairs of lower vampires, there is one case where he is very quick to call for Lextalionis; he has no tolerance for Sabbat presence within his territory, even by the standards of the Camarilla. Any signs of the Sect trying to take power are quickly shut down by his various attack dogs. Given his relative lack of concern for many other transgressions, it is sometimes debated that his reasons for this aggression are not entirely pure. It very well may be that because of his age, he feels vulnerable to them overthrowing him and thus creating an easy target to reduce the stability of the three cities. The very deepest rumour mills claim that it is because he's developed a taste for diablerie, and slakes his thirst on those who he feels "have it coming to them." Others say that he committed the act against Sabbat elders at one point, and lives in fear that their underlings will come seeking revenge. These mills claim that he has actually worked himself up to the 8th generation, and is no longer 11th as he claims. Only the Prince knows for sure, and no one dares to confront him lest he turn on them.
- Laws:
- --Siring is permitted at the Kindred's discretion, however, the childer must be reported to the Prince and remain under their sire's care for at least a year.
- --During this period, any crime the childer commits, the sire will be punished for as well.
- --During the year of care, it is strongly recommended to firmly impart the rules and manners of the Camarilla upon the childer.
- --The killing of mortals is permitted as long as the body is disposed of well enough to not endanger the Masquerade. Failure to do so, as well as unnecessary killings (ie, not accidental) will be punished by death.
- --Immediately report any and all Sabbat sightings to the Prince, or be treated as a traitor.
- Known Primogen:
- Simon - Malkavian.
- Marceline - Brujah.
