- Covet: -Cadence made her way inside, tucking her hair behind her ear. She made her way up to the desk and looked at the receptoinist.- I'm here for Remy Berkoff, please. -She asked. The receptionist called out over the intercome for him,"Remy Berkoff, You have a visitor" Cadence walked off to the side and wrapped her arms around her waist, looking around still chewing on the inside of her cheek.-
- Tsaaq: "UUUUGHHHHHHH." Remy groaned from the kitchen, angrily putting down his mug of coffee. He we down the hall and jogged down the stairs and saw Cadences. "Hey." He nodded his head in her direction, waiting for her to sigh and come around to meet him behind the desk.
- Covet: -She filled out the clipboard, spacing on that, which made her furrow her brows as she signed her name. She walked around the counter and went over to him, wrapping her arms around his body and just giving him a hug, taking a deep breath.- Hi... -she said weekly.- I miss you.
- Tsaaq: Remy rubbed her back and sighed a little. "Yeah well... You can always call and shit. That's not that bad." He whispered then pulled from the hug a little. "Was that it?" Remy asked with his eyebrow raised before hooking his arm around her shoulders and leading her upstairs.
- Covet: Yeah, I know. But it's not the same. Classes start up tomorrow, and I'm weirdly apprehensive about it. I shouldn't be...but I am. -she shrugged following along with him upstairs, keeping her arm around his waist- How's it going here? Any easier?
- Tsaaq: "It's whatever." He answered very vaguely before reaching the top of the stairs. "Why are you apprehensive? I'm kinda pissed I'm gonna miss some school..." Remy said with his eyes widening a little.
- Covet: I don't know. I just have this weird pit in the bottom of my stomach, when I think about it. But... I think I'm going to start Cheer stuff back up....That will give me something to distract myself. -she said rubbing her arm looking around for where they were going to go.- Have you even been able sign up for classes or anything?
- Tsaaq: Remy shrugged his shoulders. "I don't really get to use computers around here." He answered as he leaned on the railing. "I just gotta wait until I'm done here." Remy told her with a bit of a sigh. "But at least you'll have cheer shit right? I mean it's school. it's the reason you're here and shit anyways. Might as well just do it."
- Covet: Ah, yeah that makes sense. -she said nodding her head- Are they still thinking about letting you out for certain privlages and what not? -She bit her lip and looked over at him then looked back down at the main floor- Yeah. I'll have that... I'm thinking about dropping my major...and going back to undecided again. -she trailed of quietly.-
- Tsaaq: "Yeah I'll probably be able to leave some days but you know there's gonna be limits. I'll ask about them and shit." Remy answered. "Wait so, you're not in psych anymore? Why not?"
- Covet: Yeah, I understand. -she nodded her head, then cleared her throat before sighing and hanging her head a bit while staring down at the main floor- I haven't changed it yet, but I'm thinking about it. I'm good with the book work... and that side of it...but putting it into application when I think I understand it.... and really I don't. Hasn't really worked out. So I don't think it's really what I'm cut out for. I guess I had a vain moment where I thought I could be this inspirational story someday, by overcoming my diagnosis...blah blah blah... -she told him apathetically-
- Tsaaq: "Whatever, who cares? Nobody would get mad at you if you just got a regular liberal arts degree. Whatever." Remy told her as he patted her shoulders. "School is school. Lib is probably the easiest thing to get anyways."
- Covet: Yeah. I'll figure it out. Liberal arts would be easy enough. -She looked over at him and gave him a soft smile, before looking back down- What do you mean by Nobody would get mad at you? -she asked curiously-
- Tsaaq: Remy stifled a laugh then lifted his hands as he shrugged. "You know..." He frowned a little then cleared his throat awkwardly. "We all know you're not too good in that whole trying to help department anyways." He said with his eyebrows raised a bit. "So it's whatever."
- Covet: -She didn't look over at him and swallowed hard.- Yeah... You're right. Can't help when you're one of the helpless. -She could feel her eyes starting to water up but she blinked a few times to push the moisture back-
- Tsaaq: He looked down at her and cleared his throat again as he went to hug her. "Oh come on, you're not helpless." Remy told her with a shrug. "Don't be so hard on yourself."
- Covet: -Cadence gave him a hug keeping her eyes closed still trying to push all that back.- I might as well be. I feel pretty useless these days. All the more reason to get Cheer going... exercise... endorphins. That good shit.
- Tsaaq: "Oh stop." Remy said as he shook his head. "You only feel useles cause you don't have shit to do right now. Once you're busy you'll be fine." He said reassuringly.
- Covet: I know , I know. I'm having a self pity party here. I'm sorry. -she said trying to perk herself back up- So then Cheer should be extra helpful. Plus school.
- Tsaaq: He nodded his head slowly then shrugged again. "Yeah, there you go." Remy said with a pat. "Just get yourself involved in that shit, get some distractions. You'll be golden." He told Cadence with a small smile. "Did you kick that bitch out yet?"
- Covet: Uh, I talked to her. And brought it. Up... She said I was acting weird. And I need to hunt down the roomate contract thingy and remember what I put on there. Cause I'm pretty sure there's a clause about if we want her out we have that right. I mean... It's my place for crying out loud. -she said tyring to explain to him-
- Tsaaq: "It's not weird bitch, you're drama leave." Remy scoffed, instantly getting angry. "Listen, you lived there first. You don't even need the contract. She has money, she doesn't have to fucking live there. Just tell her she's got to go. Don't make it seem like an option. What is she gonna do? Sue you?"
- Covet: True. -Cadence nodded- Yeah I'll get it taken care of, don't worry. She'll be gone before you're out. -She told him nodding her head but not looking at him-
- Tsaaq: Remy sighed a little. "I'm being serious Cadence. I really don't want to come back to that apartment if she's living there. I don't mean to put pressure on you like that but I really hate the idea of being around somebody who is so aggravating in a place where I'm supposed to be comfortable."
- Covet: I know. I get that. I want it to be that way for you too. I promise It'll be taken care of. -she told him, sincerely-
- Tsaaq: "Okay." He murmured and kissed her forehead. "You should probably head home if you have class tomorrow." He told Cadence while rubbing her shoulder.
- Covet: Yeah, I should. - She looked up at him and gave him a kiss on the lips, making it last and linger for a long moment before she looked at him, giving him another hug- I love you... Sleep well tonight.
- Tsaaq: He nodded his head. "I love you too." He said to her quietly and put his hand on the back of her head. "Don't worry about me." He laughed a little. "I'll be fine. You get home safe."
- Covet: I will. I'll text you tomorrow -she said to him, then made her way back downstairs to sign out so she could go home and be all bloo bloo and lame.-
