What is Project Pegasus?
Project Pegasus was apart of Project Stargate and it is said that it involved information about future events and chould be used to engage in contingency planning for future events but not to "play God" and change the future by preventing or altering future events.
A paradox exists such that acting to change future events based on prior knowledge of them results in diminished accurate knowledge of future events.  So, there is an institutional reluctance to change future events based upon prior knowledge of them because of the impact of doing so on the quality of the intelligence database concerning future events.

Project Pegasus had moving images of one of the planes hitting one of the Twin Towers on 9/11; that 9/11 was known and spoken of by project principals and that the defense attaché to Project Pegasus was Donald Rumsfeld, the individual who was serving as Defense Secretary during 9/11. The evidence from Project Pegasus shows that the US government knew about the 9/11 attacks many years in advance, not necessarily that it "took part" in those attacks.

It was a small, highly secret research and development program launched in the late 1960's. However, the technologies that it developed gave the US government the keys to past and future events. The quantum access capabilities that Project Pegasus provided the US government are now headquartered at some form of national intelligence center that provides the President, the intelligence community and the military information about future events. The US government was using chronovision to capture remotely and record on film a vast amount of footage of past and future events. They was shown remote images of the signing of the US Constitution in 1787 and saw George Washington and Benjamin Franklin as they appeared in life. They said technicians there were filming reams and reams of scenes of past events on 16 mm film stock and storing it in film canisters and presumably this process is done digitally today.

Project Pegasus combined individuals employed by the US military (Navy, DARPA), the US intelligence community (CIA) and civilian defense contractors. It was a research and development program of the US Department of Defense (DoD). Department of Defense found that when adults were involved in time travel, the psychologically destabilizing effects of moving between alternate time lines was causing some adult time travelers to become insane.

Project Stargate, the CIA-run program that used  remote viewing for "psychic spying," ceased in 1995, and 89,000 pages of
formerly classified material were then released. Some of the documents  revealed predictions of events similar to 9-11, including mention of a  "Project 911" and drawings that resemble bin Laden. Stargate's 'Project P' remote viewers were asked to look at newspaper  headlines from one week in the future and apparently this project did not yield noteworthy results. They also spoke about the "core  story" of government contact with ET intelligence and repeated in certain circles that visitations took place three times in  1947, 1983, and 1992. Only problem is disinformation and counterintelligence plague many UFO/alien accounts, such as Project Serpo.

Project Pegasus time travel was also used for political surveillance of future societal change agents.
Thus, there is historical precedent for the covert political surveillance, via remote sensing in time, of a person of interest.
This is really starting to seem like a super advanced AI searching the future. The US Gov on the 21st October 2016 emptied out the bank accounts of Wikileaks. All the people who leaked documents to Wikileaks site, which only counts to 4 people. Bradley Manning number 5 in 2010, but he was not the source of any leaks, he was set up. They even went to the FBI vault and took the FBI material on Hillary Clinton the FBI released, and then put it on their own twitter page and website and told the world it was their discovery but it was not. Wikileaks was also going to a website call the CIA Black Vault and taking documents that have already been declassified by the CIA and released to the public. Wikileaks have never once exposed the Rothschild's involvement with the Shadow Government. Australia is controlled by the Soros Shadow Government. Soros, Murdoch and Turnbull are part of that criminal network of the underbelly, should be all arrested for multiple counts of treason, felonies and being war criminals. They Funded Hillary Clinton's organization against the world and they was dumb enough to do it on Clinton's server. So Wikileaks & Assange is the CIA and they were the source of the war leaks and Diplomatic cables.

The Australian Gov, the highest paid Government in the free world and even more than the US President. The CIA has had a strong hold on Australia since 1975 when the Government of the day sold out Australia to the USA Shadow Government. If you follow the money you find Rothschild's Shadow Government. Australia basically became under ownership of the USA back in 1975. Assange was recruited by the CIA after he was arrested for 25 counts of hacking in Australia.
