PERSONALITY: Rui is quite the character, with a loud personality, not as in outgoing, but as in with strong opinions. She's a generally nice person, but has high standards and is very critical of others and herself. Rui is honestly a very caring person, with mom like qualities, and an instinct to protect those around her. Although Rui is often viewed as a bad person, for she tends to intimidate a lot of people, she is actually quite the opposite, being very lovable and caring to those she has built a strong relationship with. BACKGROUND: Rui was born into a struggling family so growing up she would have to learn to balance working part-time jobs and taking care of her younger siblings. Because of this Rui never had the time to make any friends and instead grew up independent without much of a need to express her feelings to others due to her lack of socializing. Even today she has trouble expressing her feelings as well as opening up to other people. Rui had always had a talent for music but never developed it knowing that her family couldn't afford for her to choose that career path. She focused more on helping her parents support the family.
