Deku vs Ryouga:

Deku was found out of tier, Ryouga wins by default. I will mention here in case Amasian's judgment didn't make it clear, I think current 100% deku is pretty possible to use and keep in tier, but just like saying your character is building level in a tier that is not building level is a good way to lose.

Kid Goku vs Dragonite:

Dragonite wins. Theultimateambition has a pretty hard time actually establishing Goku's strength based on the scans used here, especially because of the dubious quality of all the scans. This is particularly strange when a lot of the scans being used in this match are just like, in the RT linked for Kid Goku. In particular these boulder feats: (https://imgur.com/a/wHcI2hz, https://imgur.com/tce7lLr) are just there in way better quality than whatever ult was using. This ultimately results in him largely failing to establish Goku as being able to withstand Dragonite's attacks, or meaningfully damage him. Goku's durability is also never really meaningfully established, other than tanking bullets which doesn't matter. I have a much clearer picture of what Dragonite does and why that means he wins, so I'm giving the win to Dragonite

Danny Phantom vs Kirishima

I think Kirishima kind of gets close here, but at the start of the fight Nuz points out that Danny is faster and has a huge mobility advantage, which there's never really a clear point made about overcoming. I also think the Bakugou scan of Kirishima not being able to deal with a drawn out fight is pretty killer here. I think there's enough evidence that Danny can reliably tank Kirishima's stuff, Kirishima can get chipped away by Danny, and Kirishima really doesn't have an x factor that can turn the fight in his favor. I think this is just kind of a losing battle for Kirishima.
