<Paradox> I've decided to formally drop Turfwars. I think you're a really good DM and I think we really do have like the best players the channel can offer, and that's one reason I've stuck around so long...  but I'm just not enjoying the game. And I feel like you keep trying to throw cool stuff my way to keep my happy, which just makes me feel bad.

<Paradox> It's just the fact that I think "damnit, it's saturday" as opposed to "yay it's saturday". I don't look forward to the game, and then I'm there and bitter about being there
<Paradox> I just don't really enjoy the premise the game has taken I suppose
<Paradox> I mean, when I signed up, I was really expecting GRIMDARK turfwars
<Cleff> so you kind of don't like the sort of lighthearted silly style, right
<Paradox> I don't know, I don't think it's that
<Paradox> I mean both of my games are fairly silly
<Cleff> well then what do you mean by premise?
<Cleff> could you tell me whart sort of things you found fun and what you didn't to help me understand a bit better?
<Paradox> I really can't put my finger on it. I think it's more of a combination of things. Like, being so SHONEN and derivate from other things
<Paradox> I dunno, I can't really explain it, but I'm not having fun and am looking at the game more like an obligation than something fun I get to do, and when things have reached that point I feel it's best to part ways.
<Cleff> I'm imagining it might sort of be something like how I feel about space.
<Cleff> I want to enjoy it but... it just sort of wasn't what I was expecting and just feels pretty dissapointing in terms of style.
<Cleff> But there are particular aspects of it that I enjoy.
<Cleff> but... as long as you're very sure, I did plan for this.
<Cleff> so I do have an exit strategy.

<Cleff> it's going to end up going like this. After the groudon fight, Dex is going to ask Six to train with him so that he can learn as much of his techniques as possible
<Cleff> so he'll just be training in the reverse world.
<Cleff> anyway, are you going to be there to finish the fight at least?
