- Use repel going up route 1
- Kill one level 4 encounter on Route 2 or until level 6
- Can repel in forest if desired
- Scratch weedle guy
- lightyear guy (scratch diglet, absorb sandshrew) and brock-absorb all
- Center after brock and go Late Pewter Mart (buy 2 balls, 5 potions, 5 antidotes)

MT. MOON
- Route 3: All scratch
- Repel, get water gun, rare candy, escape rope
- absorb mt moon hiker
- Teach water gun in repel menu
- Rocket: (water gun to slot 1), water gun x2, Scratch x2)
- Super Nerd: water gun x2-3, scratch x2-3, water gun x2-3

MISTY
- Catch sandshrew in grass outside of mt moon
- Heal up with potions if needed
- Cerulean Rival: water gun, scratch x2, water gun, scratch if you have high hp or absorb if low
- Take Cerulean center
- Pick up hidden rare candy
(for bridge, you can just use 1 water gun and scratch if wg did over half, try to save water gun for later fights)
- NB1: water gun all
- NB2: water gun pidgey, scratch nidoran female unless growl
- NB3: water gun, scratch ekans
- NB4: Water gun pidgey, scratch female unless growl
- NB5: Scratch all
- Rocket: water gun x2, scratch x2

- Take the center
- Dig Rocket-water gun, scratch x2-3
- Get the Full Restore (it will be used later in run to skip center)
- Jr. Trainer: scratch all
- Jr. Trainer: scratch 2x, water gun x2
- Shopping: buy 8 Super Potions, 4 paralyz heals, and 3 Repels (4 if used one at viridian forest)
- Get Body Slam (scratch x3 the Nidoran
- Before Gentleman Candy:
    > Swap slot 6 item with super potion
    > Teach Body Slam over Harden
Gentleman: BS x2, get Rare Candy
- S.S. Anne Rival: BS all/wg to finish off except squirtle
- Get voucher, teach cut and dig(tm 28), and dig and go  to Misty’s Gym
- Jr. Trainer: Body Slam x2
- Before Misty:
    > use rare candy, heal if you want
- Misty: BS All
Bike Menu:
-Swap bike to 2 slot, teach bubblebeam over absorb, bike to vermillion
-Repel at bike menu in underground tunnel

- Talk to first can twice
- Surge: heal to above 67, BS all

- Fly menu:
    > Swap slot 2 with super repel
    > Teach Fly to flier
    > Teach Ice beam
	> Use super repel, elixir if you haven't used it)
- Lavender Rival: (swap x spec to slot 3),(x accuracy if sand attack) X Attack x1, BS all
- Channeler: BB all
- Get both Elixers
- Channeler: BBx2

- Fly to Celadon and take the center
- RARE CANDY x3 then bike to Silph
- Get hidden tree Elixer
- Arbok: BB x2
- Get Swords Dance (on floor 5 take top right warp and go up, avoid rocket)
- Before Silph Rival:
	> Swap Elixer closer up
    > Teach Swords Dance over WG
- Silph Rival: (swap SD to slot 1 if desired, x accuracy if SA) SD x2, x speed, BS all
- Rocket: BB, BS+BB, BB
- Giovanni 1: X spec x3, BB all (teach slash over BB)
- Dig out and bike to Snorlax

KOGA
- On Poke Flute menu, super repel, go to cycling road
- Get Cycling Road candy, go to safari zone
- Get full restore from safari zone
- After Safari, dig out, fly to Fuschia


KOGA
- Juggler: Slash all
- Juggler: Slash, Slash all
- Koga, SD x2, BS all, elixir on weezing
- Get strength, fly to Celadon

ERIKA
- Beauty: Slash
- Erika: Slash all (vileplume is a range, can xspec set up on tangela and IB if you want)

BLAINE
- After exiting, super repel, teach strength to sandshrew, teach surf over slash, toss TM, use candies,
- fly to pallet
- Surf to mansion:
> Use Super Repels
- Get both mansion candies and the Secret Key
- Dig out, then Fly to Cinnabar and bike to the gym
- Yes, No, No, No, Yes, No
- Blaine: X spec, Surf all
- Dig out and bike to the Saffron Gym

SABRINA

Heal up from possible crit
- Sabrina: SD, BS x4 (set up on Mr. Mime if low HP)
- Dig out, then Fly to Viridian, and bike to the gym

GIOVANNI
- Cooltrainer: surf
- Blackbelt: SD, BS all
- Giovanni 2: X spec surf all

LORELEI
- After exiting Giovanni's gym:
    > Use a Super Repel
	> Heal above 83 (hydro pump crit can also kill)
    > Bike to Route 22
- Viridian Rival: SD x2, X speed, (x acc if sand attack) BS all
- In repel menu, use full restore and elixir
- Deposit friends unless revive strat,
- Buy 6 Full Restores (or less), revives optional

- heal up, elixir, save if you want, it's a scary fight
- Agatha: X spc x5,x speed, surf all, ice beam golbat
