Summary:

time loss on sticks in shrine = .71
time saved to skipping SoDT to Day 2 + enter smithy + walk to counter + walk away from counter + exit smithy = 27.87
time loss on armos = 10.63 - 9.10 = 1.53
time loss on first nejiron =  7.29 - 6.71 = .58
time save on inverted chest room magic drop skip = 13.35-7.48 = 5.87 w/o recoil, 12.34 - 7.48 = 4.86 w/ recoil
time loss on twinmold w/ bow w/o equips = 64.04 - 55.14 = 8.9 (sausage thinks 1 cycle red can save an additonal ~7s for bow)

Theory saves X without accounting for odolwa (gigo says with good rng, no bow saves ~.1s on odolwa and bad rng no bow loses ~.7s).

No Map Room Early Route Equips in USTT are same as route that has sword after you enter USTT

Equip Differences in USTT between theory and current (both doing map room early):
