Thankfulness

Wasn't expecting to write a Pastebin about this, but had a surreal moment while I was at my parents and I just wanted to share with you all.

So I had a great Thanksgiving w/ my Parents and my brother's family. Really got time to relax and chill with the fam, eat some good food and watch some good movies. Towards the end of the night as I was scrolling through Netflix, I stumbled upon this Documentary called "High Score" that chronicles the rise of Gaming within the last 30 years. Episode 1 was really cool, but Episode 2 was very Nintendo centric and the Nostalgia wave hit really hard. I'm not sure what it was, but just remembering the days of being little Pie and how much gaming meant to me, and how much my family invested in me when it came to gaming made me really start to tear up. All of these old school games that I've played as a kid, or even recently as an adult on my stream reminded me just how amazing my life is.

Doing what I get to do for a living each and every day is something that I'm blessed and thankful for. Watching this documentary, as silly as it sounds, kind of made me think back to all the different steps that it took to get me to be in the place that I am. So many things that my Parents did for me growing up, letting me get involved with gaming at a young age, letting me go to Super Smash Brothers Melee Tourneys at the age of 15, letting me even run my own tourneys. All of it, it just all has worked towards this moment of where I am today. I love bringing happiness to you all, and with each stream I truly am grateful for all the growth that has happened just this past year and as well as future growth. It wasn't that I was feeling burnt out, as much as I was questioning "Is this what I want to do? Is this where I'm supposed to be?" And it's so clear to me that this is not only what I'm supposed to be doing, but where I want to be. I want to continue to create memories with you all and continue to be the best I can be both as a gamer and a person. I've been hit with this burst of inspiration with some of the things I want to do for the next year and I'm super excited about it. Really looking forward to diving deep on some of these YoC games and beating them. Just super excited for the future both in my job and in my personal life.

So thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you. I get to do something that I truly truly love doing. There is no world where I couldn't do it without you all. Whether you watch one stream, catch a vod or even like a tweet. It truly means a ton seeing people stop by.

So Thank You for what you do. We all have so much to be thankful for, I'm just happy you all are a part of it!
