The Angel Lucifer, cast from the realm of Istelle, did not stay down for long. He traveled the world and saw the many injustices the people faced and swore an oath of Justice, An Oath of Vengeance, and in turn he rose up as the new god of Justice and Vengeance. This is...a very tldr version of events but it's important to set up what happened next. He went to the realm of death and sought out 52 souls to serve as his generals. 26 of these souls were chosen as those who best represented the pursuit of Justice, while the other 26 were souls who burned for a vengeance yet unquenched. These 52 souls were born into new forms that granted them immense power underneath Lucifer and they swore an oath of fealty to him and his followers.
