  14. Stunned characters suffer a penalty of −1D to skill
  15. and attribute rolls for the rest of the round and for the
  16. next round. A stun no longer penalizes a character after
  17. the second round, but it is still “affecting” him for half
  18. an hour unless the character rests for one minute.
  19. If a character is being “affected” from a number of
  20. stuns equal to the number before the “D” for the character’s Strength, the character is knocked unconscious for
  21. 2D minutes. A character making an Easy first aid total
  22. can revive an unconscious character.
  23. Wounded characters fall prone and can take no
  24. actions for the rest of the round. The character suffers a
  25. penalty of −1D to skill and attribute rolls until he heals
  26. (through medpacs or natural rest). A character who is
  27. wounded a second time is wounded twice.
  28. A character who’s wounded twice falls prone and can
  29. take no actions for the rest of the round. The character
  30. suffers a penalty of −2D to all skill and attribute rolls
  31. until he is healed. A wounded twice character who is
  32. wounded again is incapacitated.
  33. An incapacitated character falls prone and is knocked
  34. unconscious for 10D minutes. The character can’t do
  35. anything until healed. An incapacitated character who is
  36. wounded or incapacitated again becomes mortally
  37. wounded.

  39. COMBAT & INJURIESA character making a Moderate first aid total can
  40. revive an incapacitated character. The incapacitated character is now awake, but is groggy, cannot use skills, and
  41. can only move at half his “cautious” rate. (See “Movement and Chases.”)
  42. A mortally wounded character falls prone and is
  43. unconscious. The character can’t do anything until
  44. healed. The character may die — at the end of each
  45. round, roll 2D. If the roll is less than the number of
  46. rounds that the character has been mortally wounded,
  47. the character dies. A mortally wounded character who is
  48. incapacitated or mortally wounded again is killed.
  49. A character making a Moderate first aid total can
  50. “stabilize” a mortally wounded character. The character
  51. is still mortally wounded but will survive if a medpac or
  52. bacta tank is used on him within one hour (Moderate
  53. first aid total); otherwise, he dies. (This is different from
  54. healing a character with a medpac; see “Healing.”)
  55. A killed character is... killed. Start rolling up a new
  56. character.
