Genin:

Sends a blue slash foward that goes 15 bocks and if it hits someone does 2 hearts and explodes in a 3x3 and does 3 hearts. If the slash is going foward and you shift it will explode where it is in the 3x3. cooldown 20

Makes a sword of particlas on your hand and when it hits someone it does 2 hearts and gives speed 2. Everytime i punch the sword slashes.  last 15 cooldown 25

Makes a blue arura of a circle in a 2x2 around me. While this is around me all projectiles get negated expect elements. IF i shift it increases intoo a 5x5 and projectiles are no longer negated. Yet projectiles from the enemy get slowed by 2 and projectiles sent from inside get speed up by 2x.  cooldown 30

Jounin: A sword made of particlas appear over my head. All my jutsus do +2 damage and any body in my Sector get regen 1 and jumpboost 2 last for 10 seconds 30 second cooldown


L Jutsu: I mark 2 people and if they stand still for 2 seconds (kinda like sagemode) it has them say "Sector 4 Ready" and then blue aura surrounds them and they cant attack me but they also get this ability where anyone who tries to come at them in a 2 block radius gets damaged and knocked away
