Lightning strikes, showing off a mechanical silhouette standing on a rooftop. The city blaring around a dark figure, the assassin homes in for its next target. It's optic sensors glowed a dark neon red, piercing through the raining fog. The assassin stood about 8 ft. tall, equipped with a stealth-shade chassis, covered by a titanium white and black armored plating. Getting closer now,It was examining a complex five blocks away.
Thousands of people were standing around a giant humanoid severed head  made of nanosteel. A deep menacing  voice could be heard, emitting from its mouth . "Come to me my newfound children. Accept my gift of transition, and give up thy body for holy mechanical augmentation" .
The head hummed its tune with grace, alluring the local populace around it. The assassin adjusted its range from its optical sensors, observing the process that was about to transpire.

Those that were with-in 6ft of proximity to the giant head, had long serpentine-like arms shoot from little composites located intricately with the upper part of the head, they immediately got stripped of their skin from sharp serrated endings forming from the arms. Within less than a second their vital organs were instantly ripped out and replaced with crudely grafted bio-mechanical organs .
The victims horrifically deformed had bodily mutations began to rapidly spur and grow. The voice from the head began to speak once more. "Proceed within my image, for you are under my will. This will be a start of prosperity my children"

They were in awe of their new technological God, some were on their knees in prayer; hoping to be blessed with augmentation for the oncoming age. The assassin watching from the rooftop scanned the giant head, showing an absolute match for its target. Jumping now, leaping several stories high into the air, it triggers an auto cloaking device, masking itself completely within its surroundings, landing with out a sound was an easy task for this hunter. on the Tower behind the target. Suddenly the lights surrounding the area shut off completely, absorbing the complex in absolute darkness. The voice from before can now be heard inside the assassin. "You.. Come to slay what cannot be trifled with.. Your existence is a stain on my will.. A stain that I shall remove.. Let thy be a witness to the blade of xerxes.." After the robotic voice departs, silence was followed for moments of time. A bright blue light flashes, illuminating the thousand drones surrounding the piece of old-tech. The humans offering their bodies to Xerxes have now been completely turned over, exploding in bright blue plasma around the assassin. The robotic voice re-enters the comm-link "You're capable.. Must you disobey your Allfather? Must you reject my eternal blessing? How  different am I to your corporate masters? You cannot speak, but I could be your voice.."

The mechanical figure leaps into the air, several stories high. With ease it lands upon a rooftop, repositioning itself. Dozens of bio-mechanoids were following suit, throwing themselves at the assassin. Quickly the assassin disengages its high-caliber long range atomizer, capable of annihilating half of an entire city if given the power. The mechanoids were climbing on top of one another, all presenting the Allfather voice. "You will squander underneath my wing, your skill set will be devoured, filtered through out my children. Come to me little bird, it is time for your wings to be plucked!" The assassin notices now that the mutations of the mechanoids have become much more drastic and horrorific, actively growing in strength and volume. Farcries from what they once were. A voice picks up from the interlink, a shadowy figure prompted on the vidcom. "MX, it seems one of our mega-cities is compromised. Proceed with execution 47-1. We can't cost any more cattle.."
