25. [legend=#8B4513| Section III - Permit Information |]#FFFFF(3.1) Firearm Permit Type: Class A
26.
27. (3.2) Why do you wish to obtain a Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 100 words):
28. Since growing up, I've always been a gun enthusiast. I've moved in America with my parents when I was not even 10, and I've got the taste of gunpowder and American-fashioned fun. But it has changed to more of a need than a pleasure.
29. Since I've became a businessman, things started to get ridiculously dangerous. Even if I do not pose and try looking as I'm rich, there are still criminals with their eyes on me, who won't hesitate to rob me or such. After being robbed a couple of times, I decided it would be better to have a way of defending myself to imminent danger. I've never been a violent person, but I feel like my safety is on the first place.
30. (3.3) How do you plan to use your Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 100 words):
31. Well, as I'd acquire my permit, I'll go to the first Ammu-Nation, buy myself the gun that I'm suggested by the staff, ammo and a holster. If I'd have the time, I'd take some more training, as I'm a firm believer that experience is very important, especially as a beginner.
32. Then I would safely store my gun in the holster, get home, and safely store it into my safe.
33. I'll daily carry and practice my firearm manipulation and shooting skills. I'd especially have it when having large sums of cash on me, or doing business involving a big sum of money. [/legend]

157. [legend=#8B4513| Section V - Scenarios |]#FFFFF(5.1) A girl is running out of a house and says her boyfriend is trying to attack her with a baseball bat. a minute later the boyfriend runs outside with the baseball bat and approaches the woman that stands near you in an aggressive manner, what would you do?
158. I would reach for my holster, opening it, being ready to take action if he does anything stupid. I'd be talking to him, asking him to take distance and drop the bat, then trying to talk him out. If he would still be approaching us, I'd be taking out the gun, aiming at him, with my finger off the trigger, asking him to stop there, warning him that I will shoot. If he would be attacking, I'd grab the girl and run, either to my car, if it'd be nearby, or any other direction, and hopefully escape from him, as he clearly doesn't have any regard for his own life, and the presence of a gun can not scare him, it would not be worth killing and not being able to sleep at night because of that.
159.
160. (5.2) It is the middle of the day, you walk towards the bank and you notice a deputy sheriff fighting a suspect on the ground and trying to cuff him, suddenly the suspect reaches for the deputy's firearm and unholsters it pointing it at the cop at a very close range, what would you do and how will you act?
161. I'd take my gun out of it's holster as quick as possible, aiming at him (the criminal). I'd start warning him, and try negotiating. Hopefully he gives up, but if he shoots the officer, I'd have to shoot back at him, sadly, as he is a threat to my life, and is proven to use the weapon.
162.
163. (5.3) You are on your way to the city hall to get your paycheck when suddenly a couple of gang members from across the street open fire on each other, there are no civilians in the area at that time, what will you do?
164. Look for the nearest and safest place where I could take cover, run there, and hide, making sure I don't attract the attention of the gang members. I would then unholster my firearm, so I'd be ready to use it. If no gang member would see me, I'd draw my phone and call 911, explaining the situation to them.
165. I consider it too dangerous to try and fight multiple armed opponents, not only that, but also stupid, as there's no chance for you to win the fight, and you wouldn't even represent a target to them. I'd still be hiding in cover, until the police cleans out the danger, because if I'd shoot at them when the police would be fighting them, I could be taken as a criminal myself and get shot, and that's not something you'd wish.
166.
167. (5.4) It is mid-afternoon and you walk down to your local convenient store to collect your groceries. As you are shopping for your goods, you notice a female walk in with a balaclava on, and a shotgun brandished. You realize that you left your firearm locked away at home. What would you do in this scenario?
168. If I would have not been seen, I'd get some cover, and after making sure that she won't come near me, I'd call the police.
169. But if I'm next to the clerk, I'd just do whatever she orders me to do, as I literally can't do anything that's not stupid, and let's face it, unless you're Rambo, you can't unarm someone who's armed with a shotgun. I'd let her take everything she wants from me, and I would only call 911 after he leaves, waiting for the police, and deal with the problem when they appear.
170.
171. (5.5) It is late at night, and you have just finished your shift at work when you decide to walk home due to the pleasant warmth of the night. As you are roaming the streets, a hooded man approaches you with a small firearm and demands your possession, and your firearm that is holstered on your hip. There is a 10 meter distance between you and the robber. What would you do in this scenario?
172. I would slowly pull my hands up, and let him take everything he wants from me. It'd be stupid to try reaching for my gun. In the average 1,5 second when you unholster, take the gun out, aim and shoot, he could've shot me countless times, so that'd be stupid. I'll give him all he wants, as nothing is more precious than my life. After he would leave, I'd call the police, giving them all the details, also would announce the firearms department that my gun has been stolen.[/legend]
