  1. Gaster's Report: Asgore
  2. (Requested by Anonymous)
  3.
  4. >The little bell next to the door rings, having been pushed open by a slim, dark figure walking into Asgore's flower shop
  5. >The first customer of the day, to be exact.
  6. >Asgore looks over, then sets down the water bucket he was using to water a section of the flowers
  7. >"Oh, howdy! Welcome to Flower King. Don't hesitate to ask me for any help you may need." Asgore said with a polite smile.
  8. >He also noticed how the person before him was holding a notebook and a pencil in hand. The person looked a little… odd. Not like any monster or human he's seen before.
  9. >The person also began to 'talk', as in, a bunch of signs and objects began to appear beside their head.
  10. > "🕈︎□︎◆︎●︎♎︎ ⍓︎□︎◆︎ ♒︎♋︎◻︎◻︎♏︎■︎ ⧫︎□︎ ❒︎♏︎❍︎♏︎❍︎♌︎♏︎❒︎ ❍︎♏︎ ♌︎⍓︎ ♋︎■︎⍓︎ ♍︎♒︎♋︎■︎♍︎♏︎📪︎ ♋︎⬧︎♑︎□︎❒︎♏︎✍︎" ("Would you happen to remember me by any chance, Asgore?")
  11. >Asgore looked at the symbols for a moment, before rubbing the back of his neck smiling sheepishly.
  12. >"Ah… forgive me, but I don't understand what you're saying. I'm afraid I'm just not familiar with that… language."
  13. >The person nods and begins to write into his notebook rapidly, then walks towards a section of the shop, looking down at the flowers and brushing his hands on some of them before writing more.
  14. >"Is there anything I can do to help you, sir…?" He asked once more. He didn't want to be too pushy or anything, but he wanted to be sure he couldn't understand him.
  15. >He simply raised his hand and nodded once, smiling.
  16. >"I see… well, do not let me stop you from looking around then!"
  17. >Asgore then went back to the water bucket to return to watering another section of flowers, leaving the stranger be
  18. >Unbeknownst to Asgore, the strange man was writing down in his notebook while examining the flowers, specifically about his living conditions and how it's all going 'as he expected it to'
  19. >"✞︎♏︎❒︎⍓︎ ●︎♓︎⧫︎⧫︎●︎♏︎ ♍︎♒︎♋︎■︎♑︎♏︎⬧︎ ♓︎■︎ ⧫︎♒︎♓︎⬧︎ ⬧︎♏︎♍︎⧫︎♓︎□︎■︎📬︎ 👌︎◆︎⧫︎ ⧫︎♒︎♏︎ ❒︎♏︎♋︎●︎ ♋︎■︎⬧︎⬥︎♏︎❒︎ ⬥︎♓︎●︎●︎ ●︎♓︎♏︎ ♓︎■︎ ♒︎♓︎⬧︎ ❒︎♏︎♐︎❒︎♓︎♑︎♏︎❒︎♋︎⧫︎□︎❒︎📬︎" ("Very little changes in this section. But the real answer will lie on the second floor.")
  20. >He then began to head upstairs, with Asgore noticing and following right behind him
  21. >"Ah, I'm sorry sir but that place is not really for customers to… uhm…"
  22. >His words of protest faded as the strange man continued upstairs. He sighed and followed along behind him.
  23. >The strange man then looked around, smiling at the different colored flowers in their incubators, then began to move towards the fridge
  24. >He then opens it, seeing a single white egg.
  25. >"If ah, if it's food you were looking for, I'm afraid I don't have much at the moment. I have yet to go grocery shopping, heheh…"
  26. >"Come to think of it, I don't quite know how that egg got there… maybe it was Kris who left it?" He asked himself quietly, not noticing the huge grin on the stranger's face.
  27. >He then wrote down on his book rapidly as Asgore watched him do so, wondering what was it about the egg that seemed to intrigue him so.
  28. >Gaster then began to walk back downstairs, grabbing a single yellow buttercup flower in a pot and walking to the register.
  29. >"O-oh! Oh, excuse me please-" Asgore said, going behind the register to quickly provide the man with service.
  30. >After having paid for it, Asgore prepared to give him his change, but the strange man simply raised his hand and shook his head, walking out of the shop as he holds the flower pot in both hands
  31. >Asgore watched as he walked out of the shop, thinking to himself about what just happened.
  32. >"What a… strange man…" He muttered to himself. Maybe he should have been more strict about simply letting a stranger go up to the second floor.
  33. >But then he looked down at his palm, the change he was about to give him still in his hand.
  34. >At least he would have enough to buy some groceries later today.
  35.
  36.
  37. >Once outside, Gaster examined the flower, smiling fondly, before looking around the town and sighing.
  38. >'Soon'. He thought to himself.
  39. >'Soon.'
