- In Forbidden Memories, there is a common graphical glitch that occurs usually when playing on a Playstation 2 with Fast Disc Speed turned on. I've heard rumors of it happening on a PS1 as well when the player's disc is scratched a lot, or if they accidentally nudge the console during gameplay.
- This glitch will basically fuse the card art (card graphics) of two cards together, resulting in one card appearing to be another card. It does not actually change any attributes about the card (the attack, the defense, the guardian stars, etc. are still all their normal values of the original card it should be, regardless of what the card art says), so it is a harmless glitch in the graphics that does not actually change anything about the gameplay itself.
- This glitch happens very commonly. Here are some examples of the glitch happening and being talked about:

- This glitch, to my knowledge, does NOT happen on emulator. It can only happen on console, as far as I know. Any time it has happened to me (which, it has happened MANY times to me over the years, hundreds and hundreds of times), I was playing on a Playstation 2 with fast disc speed, using an original Forbidden Memories disc.
- Feel free to look up more examples. You can probably watch ANY of the runs on Speedrun.com (provided they are being played on PS2 with FDS) and find it happening occasionally, though it does not seem to happen at the same rate for everyone (likely due to everyone's disc being scratched up slightly better or worse than everyone else).
