  34. Dangerous QP is, IMO, the strongest character. She's a draw character who doesn't use her cards so she can just sit on them, and there are limited ways to force discard so it's not easy to make her lose her stats once she gains them, especially since using the pudding traps isn't all that useful anyway. She is also really versatile and can have a variety of stat totals to fit what the situation as well, from stacking defense to hold a lead or stacking attack to murder everyone. Her gimmick isn't something the rest of the game is designed to deal with.
  35.
  36. Marc's ability to guarantee wins(which can't be taken from her) is really strong. There are a lot of map effects that benefit her. She is versatile in that she even has the stats to farm wins on her own if she doesn't get hypers. She has a lot of control as well, being able to shut down a rival character. Certain characters make it harder for her to do what she wants to do, but OJ doesn't really let you counterpick.

  38.
  39. Yuki and Tomomo are basically the same character as far as I'm concerned. On small maps, or maps with battlefield, they can farm up wins extremely fast and end games really quick. The ability to power through the first few levels and get access to high level cards can help them a lot. On large maps, random warp maps, maps without battlefield, etc...they can have a lot of problems.
  40.
  41.
  42. The Suguri Tier is the "stats" characters. They are meant to fight, an(except hime) have hypers to help them fight better. They rely on opportunities being made and capitalized on. I feel Hime is the weakest of this set, simply because of her more situational hyper compared to the other three. On miracle maps it's great, and has some uses elsewhere, but isn't as versatile as the rest.
  43.
  44.
  45. The Solid tier is just the characters who are mainly passive and thus rely on not getting horrible rolls. Aru is the weakest due to her evade-based nature and the fact that her hyper is ruined by various maps and map effects and other people just not using cards(Hi, dangerous QP).
  46.
  47.
  48. I feel this tier is kind of weak and only really win games when they get amazing rolls or mount a crazy comeback. The 3hp characters are obviously just ruined by a lot of things, like marc, fernet, and airstrike map effects. Saki just kind of lacks stats and her hyper is a trap card so it could be good or could be utterly useless and get waruda'd somewhere you don't know or crystaled or whatever. Syura I feel is just underwhelming as a whole since she wants to be a 1hp for hyper and is then messed up by regen, airstrike, marc, fernet, etc...her hyper from the start seems to be designed to randomly pull a sudden comeback by killing a rich player, but it's hard to use due to the nature of the game.
  49.
  50. Kyousuke starts out really crippled and can be shut down hard and struggle to get to level 3 to use his hyper, and even then can just not draw a hyper. -2 attack is a horrid, horrid disadvantage. When he doesn't have early trouble and actually gets multiple hypers and can make use of things....he becomes another yuki/tomomo, but lacks the ability to speed through early stages of the game, making him just worse.
