Not only is this an ineffective way to recruit staff (and especially when the desc says no rude/inactive staff), it's unreasonable. We are eventually going to run out of forums and websites to post on, while other ways of advertising are kicked to the curb. I can create a better recruitment and advertising plan for you, but only if you ditch this one

[8/20/16, 10:26:29 PM] TheDefianceProject: We have them advertise on various sites, Upon the completion of that task they can then choose to continue by completing and extremely detailed and long application page If we find that their application is satisfactory and that they have advertised on atlas 20 page they will be accepted to the referenced rank we accept 5 applications a month and demote 3 people a month, it is the same system used on mineplex and hivemc. But I would be very interested to hear your plan :)

Not only that, Mineplex and HiveMC are both NETWORKS. If this was a network, it might be able to work, but it's not. It's a start-up factions server. And a start-up factions server needs a plan that will run beside a development plan. As for a development plan, I have done it, but I would have to make it a bit different so it's customary to your server.
