Off to visit Josuke

"I'll never get used to seeing this tree." Kakyoin stared at the plant Josuke created after defeating Angelo.
*Ding Dong*
"Coming!" Tomoko shouts from the inside of her home, telling the visits to wait until she's done cleaning the dishes.
"You think Josuke told his family about us?" Kakyoin asked.
"I don't think so. Even so I'm not here to talk to his family, we're just here to ask if Avdol passed by." Jotaro rings the doorbell a second time.
"I told you I'm getting there. Hold on!" Tomoko calls him out for being impatient.
"Avdol's not the kind to get easily distracted, whatever caught his attention must have been very important." Kakyoin kept waiting for the lonely housewife to show up.
*Ding Dong Ding Dong Ding Dong*
"Jotaro! She heard you the first time!" The programmer pulled his friend's arm away from the button before he could further annoy the Higashikata family.

"What the hell is wrong with you? I swear if it's one of those prankster kids again I'm calling my dad..." Tomoko opens the door and closes her hand into a fist, ready to complain her life away until recognizing one of the two men in her front door.
"Good morning, miss." Kakyoin adjusted his jacket, trying to look a bit more composed. "Sorry if my friend here bothered you with the doorbell, but we would like to know iw you've seen a--"
"I-Is that...? JOSEPH!" Tomoko ignores Kakyoin and goes for a hug tackle on Jotaro, mistakengly thinking he was her long lost lover. "You finally came back! I was waiting for you this whole time! I've felt so lonely, but I never lost faith that you would come back! IloveyouIloveyouIloveyouIloveyouIloveyou!"
"You're... hugging the wrong person, miss..." The blushing Kakyoin backed away from the woman awkwardly nuzzling into his chest.
"What? I swear I went that way--" Tomoko wonders how she ended up hugging Kakyoin, oblivious to Jotaro's time stopping ability.
"I am not Joseph Joestar. See the lack of wrinkles? I'm his grandson, Jotaro." The marine biologist was kind enough to clear up the misunderstanding. "Is Josuke home?"
"What? Oh, no. He should be attending his classes right now. Father will be home during lunch time if you want to wait--"
"No thanks. We're busy." Jotaro closes the door in Tomoko's face and abruptly walks away from the stiff interaction.
"What was that all about?" Kakyoin questions his friend on the bizarre approach he took. "I know you like being direct but we didn't get a word from her before you decided the conversation was over."
"If she said no then why bother? She didn't look like she had anything particularly insightful to say either." Jotaro shrugged.
"Wait... Did you just use Star Platinum to dodge Tomoko?" Kakyoin asks, with the silence from Jotaro confirming his suspicions. "...Why!?"
"It woud look bad for me now that I'm married to get women tackling me like I was in high school. What do you take me for, my old man?" Jotaro explains himself. "Additionally, you've been single for a few years so I thought you wouldn't mind."
"Don't use my life decisions to justify your random impulsive acts! I'm a man fully dedicated to my work and my team, dating and being a social butterfly isn't on my priority list!" Kakyoin takes offense to Jotaro's comment.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to hit a nerve." Jotaro apologizes.
"It's... It's alright, nothing a few drinks won't make me forget-- Hey, what's that kid doing up there?" Kakyoin notices a purple haired teenager climbing Okuyasu's house and staring at the window.
"Probably a hoarder, let's tell him to go away." Jotaro invites Kakyoin to scare the boy off, not knowing it was the Stand user of Red Hot Chilli Pepper, who would steal the arrow from the Speedwagon Foundation and indirectly lead them to Avdol's location.
