  34. Stock & Sales Management Manager Partner | John Lewis
  35. (1) I ran a team that made sure that the john lewis branch I worked in was fully stocked and ready for the next day. Making sure that products were avilable for customers and stock was easily able to be found and in store for employees. This helped Improving my management skills. It also shows the confidence that the company had in me to be able to conduct duties properly, on time, and to a high standard as to give me such an important role. (2) I had controlled delieveries, had to make sure that the strict dealines were met, customer collections were ready and avilable to be given out and controlled what stock was coming onto the shop floor due to many factors such as clearence and popularity. This shows my flexabliity and ability to cope under stress. (3) The store I worked at rarely shut as it was very big and had day and night teams. However on sundays for legal reasons it would shut for a period of 6 hours and I had lockup duties to check the stock room was fully closed, locked and secure. Showing I can be trusted.
