Leaf's Letter

Dear Leaf (and whomever it may concern),

I write to you today because of some problems I've been having. Over the past few days, I've encountered so much drama in the league. It's been immensely stressful on me because of two reasons. The first is that I hate conflict. I know I can't avoid it and all, but I can't even recount the times we've had a peaceful discussion without people going down our throats and forcing their ideals upon others. The second reason is the drama. Drama creates division in the league, and some people are pulled into it. Unfortunately, that drama has caused so much problems within and outside of Top Staff chat. At first, I thought starting a new league would be a good idea. We can organize stuff and run it however we want, but now I start to have second thoughts. I question if all the fighting and the metaphorical shouting was worth it all. The league is great, and I hope it grows, but for me and with all that's happening, I don't know if I fit in anywhere. I enjoyed working alongside you for the time allowed to me, Leaf. I truly did, but when it truly came down to it, the thing that I saw we lacked was peaceful communication. Our Top Staff discussions always entailed fights or someone throwing at one another. We never really had discussions where I didn't feel like I was fighting to protect myself from ridicule. As much as I want to stay and see the growth of the league, with all that's occurring and all the fights happening left and right, I don't know if I can stay. My first time being RO in a league was pretty fun, but I don't know how much more I can take. Thank you for all the experiences you've shared with me, and I'm sorry it had to come to this. I bid you adieu.
