The AR-15 is a lightweight gas-operated semi-automatic rifle using centerfire cartridges.
The Armalite/Colt AR-15 was originally a select-fire weapon, based on the army's infantry rifle. Colt's Manufacturing Company then produced the civilian-use AR-15 and the AR-15A2.

ST AR-15 IN THE GAME
Personality
In the game, AR-15 is confident in her abilities and always has a proud look on her face. However, she is very mindful of the fact that she is not a military model and has something of an inferiority complex. Therefore, she often says things like "Commander, please watch me and see my worth" or "True glory... is waiting for me!". AR15 demands a lot from herself when training, but she can show a caring side of herself to the friends that she acknowledges.



Design Style
In order to show AR-15's special points, the artist used colors when designing the doll to highlight the differences between her and the other AR Team members. While her style followed the overall team direction, he chose to use leather shoes, a dress, and other elements of daily life to highlight her civilian nature. The artist also hid some easter eggs in her accessories. For instance, her hair clip is in the shape of a 4-way rail interface system's cross-section, the knife at her waist is the M9 bayonet used with AR-series rifles, and so on.

JUST SAY I WENT TO FULFIL... MY FINAL WISH...
In the events of chapter 6, AR15 discovered that she had been infected by SF's Parapluie virus. In order not to burden the other members of the AR Team and Griffin, she chose to bear the title of "traitor" in order to confront the SF dolls. After saying her last goodbyes to the AR Team, she triggered explosives which she had planted beforehand in a building and perished along with the SF Mastermind (actually a dummy), and by so doing she bought a great deal of time for the safe withdrawal of the Griffin dolls. And so, the AR Team's destiny went upon a new, unknown path...

PANTIES OR BAYONET?

In the design notes released by Lin+ sensei, many gentleman (hentai) Commanders focused on the panty bayonet design element; that is to say, pulling the bayonet beyond a certain distance would take 15's panties with it! (Medic, save me!)
Various fancomics have depicted various punishment games involving throwing the bayonet or making 15 pull the bayonet out herself (Stoppit you perverts!)

15 x SOPPO

In following chapters of the story, Soppo's digimind nearly broke down because of AR-15's sacrifice (RO comforted her in time), which shows how much Soppo values 15. In Lin+'s additional artwork and the the game story, Soppo is often found plastered to 15 (Soppo basically acts cute and spoiled, 15 shuts her down, roasts her, or disciplines Soppo in various ways). Throughout this constant contact, both of them have surely developed precious feelings to the point where they don't need to speak to understand each other. Recent pieces of fanart have also seen the crack pairing of 5 x Soppo going viral, receiving the approval of countless commanders (delicious!). Surely when AR15 returns in the near future, we will see Soppo overcome by her emotions, run to 15's side as always, and quietly say, "Hey, 15, this time I'm going to stick tight to you and not let you run away again (cry). Of course that might just be an allegory for Lin x Haimao!
