Mystery Menu Gameshark Codes

These are a list of gameshark codes designed to set your mystery menu & multiplayer menu to various states. Useful for setting up what you need for NLE runs or 101% practice, or if you want to run off a clean cart.

To set up:
	- Use a gameshark device to enter in the relevant codes for the region of your cart
	- Head to the main menu
	- Turn off your console and remove your gameshark device
	- Boot up the game as normal (No GS device)
	- You should notice that the changes you made have been saved to the cart.
	- As this has been saved, you do not need to use a GS device anymore to use this for runs.
