2.
Los Santos, San Andreas County - The denizens of Los Santos can now try their luck with new games of chance at The Devil's Den in West Vinewood. Located across the street from Zee's Diner, this brand new gambling establishment is opening its doors to both high rollers and the soon-to-be rich alike. Proprietors Pinto Patel and Marcus Black plan to offer a bevy of raffles, lotteries, sweepstakes, and table games to test their customer's luck.

 6.
The first game launched by The Devil's Den is a Daily Raffle available to all citizens of Los Santos. With an initial prize pool of $5,000, the stakes are high right from the beginning. Each raffle ticket costs $250, and players will roll a 420-sided die in an attempt to roll the current lucky number (the lucky number as of publication is 269). Each roll must be witnessed and verified by an employee of The Devil's Den to win. Winners take home the current pot, and losers increase the pot, making the stakes even higher! 80% of every ticket ($200) goes into the pot, so 10 failed raffle entries will increase it by $2,000. Furthermore, the pot will roll over every regular tsunami, increasing the pot even further if no one has won the raffle yet. That means if four tsunamis pass without a winner, the pot will be $20,000 plus the contributions of every failed raffle entry!

 10.
Even larger lotteries are coming to The Devil's Den in the future. Mr. Patel and Mr. Black plan to launch a powerball lottery where players can roll five numbers on 52-sided dice, with a larger prize the more you match the lucky numbers. Revenue from raffles, lotteries, and other games of chance support the further operation of The Devil's Den, going toward future pots, advertisements, bills, redecorating the premises, forming business partnerships, and paying for special prizes like cars or tuner chips.

 14.
They're also working on adding blackjack and other table games to the premises, available only to high rollers. The games at The Devil's Den will offer large bet maximums, raising the profit ceiling for players. Unlike other gambling establishments in the city, players will be charged an access fee to gain entrance to the games, which will be under heavy security. This will ensure patrons can play to their heart's content without fear of getting robbed. They'll also provide catering from local restaurants like Zee's Diner and Nanakaze, providing their clients with all the comforts of food and drink they could possibly ask for. It's clear that The Devil's Den will be a premier destination for the city's gamblers. Test your luck now and look for more games to launch soon!
