  9. Jonathan Anner was born in El Quebrados 15 of February, fifteen minutes after Valentine Holiday, he has a twin, Patrick. His family was a typical peasant. They were working his own ranch whole life. Twins were born there. Jonathan is one of those pet lovers. He used to rescue abandoned dogs from the street until his father gets sick of it. He beat everything out of Jonathan cause of those pets. They couldn't live with all those pets because they have to feed themselves at first. He didn't like the life of a redneck, because his father was one of them. Father Harrell drank a lot, and after every night he got home drunk. So he became aggressive against his wife and of his kids. That aggressive behavior woke up that good thing I Jonathan so he decided to change his life in a better way.

  11. Jonathan was a great student, one of the best in the city. He was a fan of Criminal Justice and that was his occupation for his life. He decided to leave his parents when he was an adult. He decided to leave his parents and his brother on a ranch. After his hard work, and all those applies for a scholarship that he applied for he got accepted in Los Santos He was sick of that village life so he decided to move in Los Santos. They said that is a dreaming city of United States. He couldn't just go and work as a lawyer. He had to finish college and then wait for his new chapter. So, his plan was to follow his dream and become a lawyer. Like those from City Hall and Department of Justice. Next chapter of his life just begun.

  16. What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?
  17. Rape
  18. You can roleplay it only with OOC agreement with person/s that you want to rape. Raping must be roleplayed somewhere where no one will see it. It can be stopped at any time by the person that is being raped if that person is feeling uncomfortable.

  20. Robbing
  21. - If you want to rob you must be level 5 or higher.
  22. - Rob limit is $500.
  23. - There is no limit to how many weapons, cargos, drugs you can rob.
  24. - You are not allowed to kill a player after robbing or scamming him, but you can kill him if he insults you.
  25. - If you are robbed, you are allowed to rob back the thing you have lost.

  27. Scamming
  28. - If you want to scam someone you must be level 5 or higher. Also, a person who is you scamming must be level 5 or higher.
  29. - You can scam a maximum of $50.000.
  30. - If you are scammed, you are allowed to rob back the thing you have lost.
  31. - Houses, business and vehicles are not allowed to scam.
  32. - Also, you cannot steal properties or abuse /furniture as a furniture designer. If someone has given you property to allow freedom /furniture design the house, you cannot use that to scam people.
  33. - You are not allowed to kill people after scam.
  34. - Also, legal casinos or betting shops may not scam players. The maximum bet you can place in a legal betting business is $1,000,000 and all interactions must be roleplayed properly.

  36. Bank Robbery
  37. There must be at least 30 PD and/or SD members online and on duty.
  38. You need to PM/inform the admin about everything you have planned out before actually starting the heist.
  39. As soon as you brandish your gun in a bank, silent alarms go off and police are informed.
  40. There is no roof access to any bank inside of Los Santos and shall not be RP'd.

  50. Gambling is done at our own risk and is not protected by the level requirements or money limitation. Admins will not help you if you lend money to other people and they do not return it, or if your money gets stolen while you are gambling. Gamble only if you are willing to accept the potencial loss.

  53. Metagaming is using OOC information in-character. Informing someone OOCly of something IC.

  55. Example: Nickname MG - Jason reads Derrick_Johnson's nametag above his head, and he roleplays that he knows him, but he didn't know him ICly.
  56. Example: Local chat MG - Jason constantly writing smiles, abbreviations, etc, in character chat or writes IC things in OOC chat instead of IC chat.
  57. Example: Forum MG - Jason saw that other faction got a meeting and called up his gang to shoot up the house even tho he couldn't find it out ICly.

  62. Powergaming - an action which is not possible to do in real life in a moment or any moment. In powergaming are included all actions which are impossible in Real Life. Also, powergaming can be defined as forcing roleplay on the other player and give him no chance to properly return roleplay.
  63. Ex.1 - Jason kicks Derrick_Johnson on the chin causing Jason to have a seizure.
  64. Ex.2 - Roleplaying that you have tinted windows on your car whenever you something to hide, but without actually tinting them beforehand.
  65. Ex.3 - Just simply getting up after being pinned down on the ground by somebody.
