By law, Prankster has every right to a refund.  You operate an online
store, and sell goods/services.  This cladsifies you as a merchant.  Since
you failed to explicitly state your refund policy in advertisements, you
must adhere to New York 30-day implied warranty policy.  All goods/services
can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.  If you do not comply with
these Federal laws that you are bound to, especially since you are
conducting in online trade with a customer in New York, United States, then
we can simply take 10 minutes to file a suit with the Federal Trade
Commission and they will be the ones to pursue you legally from that point
forward.  Or you can do what's right and return his purchase.  This is why
sellers either state their refund policy clearly or else they give returns,
no questions asked.  You are not an exception to that rule.
