I came here after Yrgrasil mentioned that eve university gave away a full ferox fleet to trigger happy. So, I was curious about the AAR. I got disappointed because I didn’t got an AAR to read. Please write an AAR and add it to the first post.
Regarding what I can read from the related https://br.evetools.org/related/30001400/201912101800 you lost pretty hard. This happens. Half of the isk loss are the two command ships and the two Huginns, though. I don’t consider those appropriate for the fleet in the context. While those are viable components in a Ferox fleet in general, they simply didn’t add enough performance compared to the risk of loss. They are also not appropriate regarding your FC experience. Like Marcus mentioned above you wouldn’t be handed those ships in another group either.
So where to go from here? I already suggested that you write an AAR. Then you could ask the hostile FC to answer here in the thread. I’m a bit disappointed in trigger happy that they wardecced eve university but in general they are a decent group and he would probably give good input. After that just go for the target again. But this time without any T2 cruisers or battlecruisers. It also doesn’t have to be Feroxes but the choice of doctrines is a bit limited for eve university if it’s supposed to throw a punch. I’m sure several alumni would be glad to help you put something together. One thing is for certain besides griffins more other T1 ewar ships are always helpful in a newbie group, that means bring more mauluses and vigils. A few people who know what they are doing in a ceptor or assault frigate would be good. Those should be filled by the most experienced pilots besides the FC.

Those are the wrong fits. The huginn is AB in an MWD fleet. They simply fall behind and die fast. The bling is relatively high but then missing at some points. I would downgrade the web to a gurista/caldari or even T2. T2 shield extenders are also sufficient. Consider to upgrade the hardeners though. Outside of highsec you would fit smartbombs in the highs. I highsec probably sadly a bad idea.

If alumni give feedback in an AAR thread, they should better be heard. This feedback is one of the biggest assets of eve university. Currently, the reputation of eve university isn’t exactly at a high so please consider how you represent your corp here. The issue is that here wasn’t even an AAR present and the good/bads are a good bit off. I can say that for sure even with the little information I have at hand.
