  13. These are not crimes. Being a Cultist (or any other religious minority) Unless they are absolutely, 100% proven to be a threat, do not take uneeded action against cultists.
  14. Drug Possession Drugs are in no way illegal. What do you think this is, 2014? We provide drugs.
  15. Bomb Making for Science We have a bomb testing chamber for a reason.
  16. Clownology and Mimism Mimes and clowns have been shown to improve morale.
  17. Shady Activity Where the law is uncertain, there is no crime.

  19. Minor Crimes
  20. Sentence time: One minute for each one comitted. Requires the suspect be caught in the act. Crime Description
  21. Resisting Arrest The person in question was not cooperating with an officer attempting a proper arrest.
  22. Trespassing The person was in an area they did not have access to. Make sure they had no reason to be in the area.
  23. Indecent Exposure The person was unclothed in public by their own will.
  24. Minor Vandalism The person was drawing everywhere or scratching things nobody cares about.

  27. Sentence time: Two minutes for each one comitted. Crime Description
  28. Major Vandalism The person in question actually damaged something. Example: Wrenching the librarian's tables, brekaing windows.
  29. Petty Theft The person was taking things out of their access or stealing something non-vital from a person. Examples: Stealing an ID from anywhere, stealing a pen off a person, taking a flash while not security or technical.
  30. Assault The person was attacking somebody non-lethally. This includes punching, kicking, biting, injecting harmful substances by force, tricking somebody into ingesting harmful substances.
  31. Creating a Hazard The person was shocking doors, exposing areas to space, causing single-area toxin leaks, intnetionally spreading disease, or otherwise endangering the crew.

  33. Major Crimes
  34. Sentence time: Five minutes for each one comitted. A trial must be held. Crime Description
  35. Deadly Assault Assault, but in a way that could end up killing someone.
  36. Manslaughter The person killed someone on accident.
  37. Grand Theft The person stole a vital item.
  38. Possesion of Illegal Goods The person is in possession of an item known to be the tehnology of an enemy organization, such as bolt or combustion weapons. Rumours that enemies have cloaking technology have been circulated. The perosn may have this item for a non-harmful reason, however. Communication is key.
  39. Sabotage Creating a hazard, but in an attempt to hinder the station.

  41. Grand Crimes
  42. WARNING! Never punish someone to these lengths unless a trial by jury has been completed. If one cannot be administered, brig or VR-lock them until a trial can be performed. They are to be released if the emergency shuttle arrives and a trial was not given.
  43. These crimes allow for permanent brigging or locking into the prison station's virtual reality chamber. If these are unavaible, death can be administered and followed by borgification. Crime Description
  44. Grand Sabotage Sabotage that has the potential to wipe out the entire station.
  45. Murder Intentionally killing of someone. Make sure the victim is cloned if possible. Their word is vital evidence.
  46. Enemy Collaboration The person is certainly working for an enemy organization.

  48. Modifiers
  49. Prisoners get additonal time for not cooperating. Prisoners get time off for cooperation and relocation if needed. Remember: Never stop the timer or increase it simply because the prisoner was re-located. Crime Description Modification
  50. Confession The person admits to the crime. Minus 25% brig time, or a lesser of the three grand punishments.
  51. Brainwashed The person was brainwashed to the station's side and the perosn cooperates in revealing their partners. Minus 25% time; no affect on grand punishments unless a pecial circumstance occurs.
  52. Cooperation The person cooperates during questioning and does not cause any trouble. Allow for parole.
  53. Threat to Prisoner There is a threat to the prisoner, such as a singularity, fire, or madman attempting to kill them. Relocation or release.
  54. Medical Attention Needed The prioner needs medical attention, typically due to illness or injury. Call a doctor, or escort the prisoner to MedBay. This relocation does not count as leaving the cell, and the timer must continue to go down.
  55. Evading Arrest The prisoner evaded arrest, and security had to persue them for that time while the prisoner was aware of their wanted status. Add half the time they evaded arrest to the timer.
  56. Prisoner Escaped The prisoner escaped while under no threat. Add time for the crimes they comitted by escaping (which does not include escape itelf) to the original sentence. Give them the new sentence.
