In the teeth of madness, all some can do is laugh. Or at least act like they're having a fantastic time. The Warlock grins, and with but a gesture calls the grandest attention to their own works at the expense of others. This charm supplements a social attack specifically where the warlock is showing off in some way, be it announcing his master plan to the hushed onlookers of the court he is about to topple by throwing the switch that makes Gem erupt in a fireball or proclaiming his prophetic doom upon the hedonistic population of Great Forks and everything in between. Beings within Essence x 5 yards with an MDV Lower than the Warlocks Manipulation or Charisma + Presence or Socialize are utterly transfixed, unable to move at all as the shocking, transfixing Warlock cackles madly. Resisting this compulsion costs two willpower for a scene, but still imposes a -2 External Penalty to social actions for a number of actions equal to the Warlocks Essence as his will enforces his needy exigence upon all who witness his majesty.

As a more passive effect, this charm provides the warlock with a number of props for the purposes of such amazing proclamations, twisting local phenomena with his anima, creating cackling thunderstorms, roaring fires and the much amplified gnashing of teeth from her rivals, enhancing stunts during the scene where she uses this charm by providing an extra dice for all awarded stunt values.
