— she was born in busan after her mother decided to divorce her father. she doesn't know much about her father except for the fact that he left her mother because of her. that's where her insecurity stems from. her older sister doesn't speak much about their father but sometimes you could find her looking at an old photo just staring at it. her sister became an idol a few years before her and since then has always encouraged her to try to become an idol herself. their mother has always been supportive and thinks that her children should be able to be what they want to be.

— start ; they became friends after meeting through mutual friends aka wonho and hyungwon. wonho and her bonded through their love for ramen and hyungwon loved her for being a meme. the two brought her along to a dinner with the rest of the members. this was where she first met kihyun. they were kind of awkward at the start since she idolized him at that point.
— middle ; they became closer and soon kihyun became the member of Monsta X that she was closest with. they were seen meeting up a lot with the rest of the members. both of them like cuddling together and just talking. they were really close friends
— end ; throughout the show they became even closer and the feelings they had for each other surfaced. they both became closer than friends and were often found together to the point where they were suspected of actually dating. but instead of dating like others had hoped they stayed close friends and moved on due to their own lives and careers. they are still very close to each other.
