- "Yeah Fabrizio is an amazing chef but he doesn't cook for just anyone. He has a very odd way of doing things but he likes me enough to let me in," he said with a wry grin upon his face while he collapsed the umbrella and shook off the excess just outside of the doorway before stowing it in the umbrella stand just inside of the door. The bell had tinkled a few times and an older man with knarled hands, a large nose that was quite bumpy near the tip as if it was broccoli, and a permanently red flush to his countenance came around the corner, raising his hand and preparing to yell before he saw Dick. His expression changed to a warm smile and then his gaze fell upon Clea. "Richard!" he called out, his voice booming and louder than expected. He was hard of hearing after all. "Richard where have you been?! I don't see you for weeks! And then you show up with his lovely lady on your arm?!" He came around the counter and approached Clea, giving her a small incline of his head. Grinning spoke up. "My dear you are too good for him! Come, live with me. You will eat only the finest of pizzas and shall watch only the finest of stolen cable television!" He took a step back and clapped Dick on the shoulder hard, making his knees buckle slightly but it was all in good fun. "Fabrizio, this is Clea... Clea this is Fabrizio. I've... never brought anyone here before so he thinks I'm a loner." Fabrizio stepped in and cut him off. "He always alone! No girlfriend, no friend! Always alone. But it's nice to see someone taking pity on him these days. Welcome my dear, what can I make for you? I have his order memorized," he said and nodded to Dick. (e)
