  1. Name: Lux Ferre
  2. Age: 18

  6. During 1940 the Nazi’s were rising to power, fuelling Germany with their ideals of human perfection throughout the media. When they came into power, science and technology began advancing at a phenomenal rate and surpassed all that surrounded them. A small section of the party leaders believed so highly in the perfect race, they began experimenting on their supporters in order to create to the embodiment of their core beliefs. However, this was not bringing satisfactory results. They delved further into the forbidden sciences, genetically modifying embryonic cells in order to ensure their perfect race. Lux Ferre, ‘the bringer of light’, was the first successful prototype of the Nazi’s experimentation.

  8. The test tube baby grew rapidly, and was raised in a solitary environment. She was made to complete a variety of tasks under the supervision of her creators to ensure her development was successful. Her actions became subservient and her persona rendered non-existent.

  10. Lux’s body writhed in agony as she awoke from what felt like a long slumber. Opening her heavy eyes, she blinked a couple of times to bring her newfound world into focus. The cool water lapped her feet, sending waves of ice through her legs. She sat up slowly, raising her left hand up towards her face. Protruding from her wrist was the source of pain, a sliver amulet, easing blood as if from a fresh wound. Clawing at it, pain shot through her veins from which she jolted. Distinguishing it’s permanence, she moved onto her feet and looked around. A blank expression on her small round face met her surroundings, with her thoughts determining this as another Nazi challenge.Hands and knees grazed with the falls are mere memories now they are both acquainted.

  12. However, this task never seemed to end. Weeks had passed and Lux had managed to traverse the mysterious landscape. Through fighting the struggles of what appeared to be modern life on this island she prevailed through and found herself a home on the peak of a mountain. The wounds she gained scar her skin, reminding her of fights with both predators and natives of this world. Her nails are broken with tough climbs to where she resides now, earning her peace in isolation. An accomplice, and only company, takes the form of an Equus from which she tamed with great difficulty.

  14. After a significant journey of self development and finding more to life than task and achievement, lux has made friends and enemies. All of which speak about the crystal isles. A conundrum to be sure. A place which has inspired folklore and tale amongst the survivors and akin she had met. So much speculation to the contents of this particular ark that she didn't know what to believe. It surely would be worth a try though, and so the girl of strangely slight personality, set off on her next journey to figure out what's going on.
