Scenario: I can't see 7.2 and 7.3 in php selector in cpanel. (Cx is shared/cloud/reseller)

Main reason because apache 3 is the server of all shared accounts To simplify, thats the only version allowed for shared accounts.

Even 7.2 and 7.3 don't appear in php selector I can still uprade the php for you, just a heads up that if I do the upgrade and it cause error to the site, you are the one who needs to resolve it because for me the stable php is 7.1(or 5.6). Do you want me to procced?
