- If they feel happy without any help or support and they start "happy feels", this means they have planned suicide and may attempt death. Help them.
- If they start texting or talking a lot when they meet you or someone else, they feel alone and or don't have anyone to talk to. Help them.
- If they say "good for you" after you say something, they are expressing their trauma and are saying that you are better. send them help.
- If they start acting awfully happy, THEY ARE GOING TO ATTEMPT SUICIDE IN 4 HOURS..
- If for example, they start opening up to you and everyone they met, this means that they are 2% of overcoming.
- Depressed People never open up or talk to anyone. Make sure they don't feel alone.
- Depressed people have a fuseswitch i call "suicide fuse" that burns if they feel an awful burst of sudden happiness. Depression overcoming is a slow process. If they feel sudden happiness, they will die in a few weeks. help them immediately and speed dial suicide hotline.
- Never tell depressed people "I know what you're going through" or "It's going to be okay" because they know that's not true. Instead try to help them directly.
- Don't bully them. This may activate their suicide fuse and leave you saddened.
- Try to see what they like.
- Try not to shower them with anything.
- Try not to sympathize them too much.
- Never attempt to act "sad" near them. This lowers their hope to live.
- If possible, try to spend time with the person.
- If they start singing, don't stop them. This is a happy tick that helps overcome it. Just make sure it doesn't link with suicide fuse.
