  1. [12:04] Eugo La Ravias says, "Hmm...Lady Carlisle I wish to speak to you..."
  2. [12:04] Carlisle ras Petrakis asks, "Yes?"
  3. [12:05] Eugo La Ravias says, "Mistress Irkalla as well. Something I think we should all work towards..."
  4. [12:05] Carlisle ras Petrakis asks, "What might that be?"
  5. [12:05] Irkalla says, "Hm? Inside the woods then... We've no need to liter around."
  6. [12:05] Irkalla says, "We've also a journey soon and that possible ritual to make to."
  7. [12:05] Eugo La Ravias says, "Yes. "
  8. [12:09] The demon moved back into the Dreadwoods with the two witches accompanying him a slight glance as he made sure no spies were around however the glowing red eyes of the other demons still peered beyond the depths of the Dreadwoods.
  9.
  10. "I believe we should still aim to claim the Vale....However I do not believe we will claim Myllneoris any time soon thus....I purpose we find some way that we can transform the Dreadwoods into a Vale like entity." It was more of a concept rather than a fully laid out plan although the demon did not expect Carlisle to come up with the all the plans herself.
  11.
  12. "To that end I believe we can make those in the Dreadwoods stronger before we launch to take the True Vale....Although Barsburg is the most pressing issue these days."
  13. (Eugo La Ravias)
  14. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  15.
  16. [12:13] "That would be insanely difficult." She murmurs while beginning to glance elsewhere. "Creating a new vale would require...Hundreds and thousands of roaming spirits. We would have to kill many in order to consecrate this land to the Dark Lord's image." She falls silent for the moment, her gaze travelling elsewhere in thought. "While it seems rather simple and clear on paper...What we would have to do in order to achieve that many amount of spirits and mana is..." She trails off for the moment, her gaze fluttering towards Eugo. And then Irkalla.
  17.
  18. "Genocide."
  19.
  20. A topic that has come up quite some time recently. Many people believed that the demons should attack Theria for their betrayal. Carlisle, however, remains to be uncertain and unsure. It wouldn't be wise to claim it . . .
  21.
  22. But.
  23.
  24. It would teach them a valuable lesson.
  25. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  26. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  27.
  28. [12:17] Listening to eugo's explanation. There was some merit to it, but they could see the potential difficult like Carlisle expressed. "What of the countless lives lost on Esshar as a whole? If we find a means in concentrating it all? Surely such a landscape could be formed." The talk of Genocide did coincide with the possible number of spirits required.
  29.
  30. "It is a grand ambition to look towards. Though maybe you should look for a means, first. Eugo. As I am sure? We'd all follow behind quickly if you found a means of doing so. Within a lifetimes manner." Walking around the area for a moment.
  31.
  32. Pacing.
  33.
  34. "Speaking of... When is this gathering, ritual? Though we've not many here at the moment... I may not be free, later. Though... You're welcomed to join. Carlisle."
  35. (Irkalla)
  36. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  37.
  38. [12:27] Genocide it wasn't something impossible to fathom but the Spirits that walked about the Vale were just one measure of it, Of course what readings he could find of the Vale were vague rumors and hearsay so in truth the Demon only had a thin idea of what it was. "The lost of life isn't something I fear, Even if we have to increase the scale of it to such a drastic level it would be worth it in the end."
  39.
  40. "Although perhaps that would be true if we wished to recreate the Vale in the image it is now. But if we are to create the Dreadwoods into something opposite of the Vale we need a power that is opposite. And we have that."
  41.
  42. The demon would gaze towards the both of the witches. "Essence particles of spirit we can forge a brand new contract with the Dark Lord and this time the source of the Contract will be the Dreadwoods itself. It would essentially be marked by his own power. As if turning the Woods into a witch." The idea was founded on theories yet it wasn't impossible considering the power locked away in the Animus Irkalla possesed.
  43.
  44. The idea was there however what would be required was yet unknown. "To that end I will search for objects of dark power. And secure them for the eventual ritual."
  45. (Eugo La Ravias)
  46. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  47.
  48. [12:32] She finds herself beginning to grow silent. Perhaps...The demons had been doing things wrong all along. Instead of searching for the vale that had been deeply interlocked within the forest of Myllenoris...They could've been servicing these lands that are already drenched with dread and despair. The promises are whispers within the soil...And all it takes is for someone to take advantage of such a thing.
  49.
  50. "...I'm uncertain as to why anyone else hasn't thought of this before. But if this was a goal from the very beginning, I imagine that we'd be close to completing the consecration of these lands. Your thoughts are brilliant, Ravais…" And she gives credit, where credit is due.
  51.
  52. "Enticing the war between Osrona and Myllenoris is something that we must do. When their blood spills upon the land before us...We'll be able to begin the preparations." She says in response.
  53.
  54. "...I believe, it's as Eugo could say. This entire place could be the body of a witch. And in creating a contract with the Dark Lord-...I could possibly complete my own." After all, when a witch has done all she could..
  55.
  56. She, too, ascends.
  57. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  58. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  59.
  60. [12:33] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "Also, Irkalla..."
  61. [12:33] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "I might have no choice. Everyone seems to be...Busy."
  62. [12:38] Nodding their head, as the three began putting their heads together in an attempt to better find a solution to this possible promise of the vale. "We can make use of the knowledge... That barsburg wishes to see us enslaved. Maybe such actions could promote the island to move onto the nation in an attempt to stop them from controlling us?"
  63.
  64. Though, it was never as simple as just that.
  65.
  66. But hard work would be required if they desired to survive further than what the island has intended for them.
  67.
  68. "The ritual will require much death, but a war on this island? Will surely spill more than enough for us." And with eugos thoughts on the animus.
  69.
  70. It could very well assist in the process, if only as it served to be the housing for both the ascendeds soul & essence's gathered. "We will think on it, later however. I've potions of invisibility. I could always drop a letter off into one of the cities & vanish quickly after."
  71.
  72. A sluggish shrug. They'd have to plan this accordingly.
  73. (Irkalla)
  74. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  75.
  76. [12:38] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "Hm...So long as you make it seem as if it is from a grunt."
  77. [12:39] Irkalla says, "Of course..."
  78. [12:39] Eugo La Ravias says, "It seems like a good plot...Although we cannot be sure of its meassure..."
  79. [12:40] Eugo La Ravias says, "Enough to shake both sides to war would need something more than just Demonkind being shackled."
  80. [12:40] Irkalla says, "Hm... I suggest we wait until the nations have their little games of magic & might."
  81. [12:40] Irkalla says, "Should any barsburg appear there? Maybe it'll naturally stir up trouble."
  82. [12:40] Irkalla says, "Trouble that our letter could further influence."
  83. [12:43] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "True."
  84. [12:43] Irkalla says, "Hm..."
  85. [12:43] Irkalla asks, "Maybe? If you know a name or two... I could cast a hex on them, during the event?"
  86. [12:44] Irkalla says, "Cause a bit of... Mischief in the wake of their celebration. A reminder of the sorts."
  87. [12:45] Shadows manifested around the demon as he was praised for his effort in his ideas. It was true Eugo spent most of his time either peering through the insane novels of witchcraft provided by the Twilight and often spent times practicing the incantations...Although despite signing his name in the Animus had yet to receive any boons from the Dark Lord....
  88.
  89. Perhaps due to his weakness in combat? Or perhaps his ideas weren't yet up to par compared to the others....Although with Carlisle praise the Demon felt some notion of acceptance. "These Dreadwoods are just the blighted remains of many demons coming together in one area. Should we truly turn this place into a bastion of the Dark Lord we need not worry about lingering spirits. We shall invite true Nethradin here."
  90.
  91. Although that was just a passing idea. With all that was going on starting war between Barsburg and Myllenoris was the goal they aimed to accomplish. "Its difficult to say what would drive them, Barsburg would take less pushing had they not been focused on us. Although Myllenoris? They will be difficult to budge after commiting so many resources to fighting us back...."
  92. (Eugo La Ravias)
  93. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  94.
  95. [12:51] "It'll be the spirits we use as sacrifice, eugo. After-all, it is spirits that become, nethradins. Over-time, with quality spent with the Dark-Lord and their army... It must surely be a blissful time. That, I am sure of."
  96.
  97. Of course, this was only tied to those who'd hold such wickedness in heart & mind to find themselves fluttering at the notion of standing beside or even getting a chance to gaze upon the dark lord.
  98.
  99. "To push for a war, we'll require much... Humans would much rather sit and wait until they're attacked... Than to do the attacking. Less it be against, our kind." As they held the thought in mind. To what ways could they influence the island once more into a spur of violence?
  100.
  101. Violence they could take advantage of.
  102.
  103. "Sometimes, we need not try however... Humanity has a knack for stirring up their own shit." Offering a glance towards eugo.
  104.
  105. "Be prepared for this coming venture. Yes? It will be dangerous... Maybe in the process? You can find a dark object to assist you in this goal..."
  106. (Irkalla)
  107. [12:51] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "Ah...Right."
  108. [12:52] Carlisle ras Petrakis asks, "Well, I think I'm gonna go ahead and start the ritual now. Would you both like to come along with me to Theria?"
  109. [12:52] Irkalla says, "..."
  110. [12:52] Irkalla asks, "Theria?"
  111. [12:52] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "Yes."
  112. [12:52] Irkalla asks, "Hrm.... Is it not dangerous over there?"
  113. [12:52] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "Not for me and those who follow me about, no."
  114. [12:52] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "Apparently, they just dislike Tyranny."
  115. [12:52] Irkalla asks, "... I see... Well. Let us depart then?"
  116. [12:54] Valero Task says, "Evenin'."
  117. [12:55] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "...Good evening."
  118. [12:55] Irkalla says, "... Evening..."
  119. [12:55] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "As payment for you allowing me to do this, I believe that I'll be dropping off some information that you might find important."
  120. [12:55] Dun awakens from the void.
  121. (Dun Task)
  122. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  123.
  124. [12:55] Dun Task says, "Go team."
  125. [12:55] Carlisle ras Petrakis says, "...As I've stated in the past, my influence and my reach is far."
  126. [12:56] Carlisle glances towards the both of them and then elsewhere.
  127. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  128. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  129.
  130. [12:56] Valero Task says, "I'm all ears."
  131. [12:56] Dun Task says, "Believable, heir of fallen moon and shooting star."
  132. [12:56] Dun Task says, "Yes, lead the way, I'll follow Valero."
  133. [12:56] Irkalla remains silent. This was Carlisle's realm of expertise. With these people.
  134. (Irkalla)
  135. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  136.
  137. [12:57] Eugo follows suit remaining silent.
  138. (Eugo La Ravias)
  139. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  140.
  141. [13:01] "You and Osrona have made a grave mistake by pulling out of the war last minute." She says, her gaze travelling elsewhere. "I understand your reasoning- but now...Not only our we crippled, but you and your own will eventually become the focus of their ire." A pause is given, followed by her gaze tracing from Dun Task towards that of Valero.
  142.
  143. "As stated before, I've influence in many places - and people that I have scattered about like dust in the winds. They gather things for me...Information that others might not want to hear. Promises that should never be spoken, nor written-...But this one, is perhaps, one of the ones that I believe that you might be interested in. Or perhaps, you already know it for yourself. Either way." Her body moves to be seated upon the bench, her chin lifts.
  144.
  145. "Myllenoris and Nysea are using Revan Apotychia as a means of securing their grip upon the North and Northwest. They're hoping that he fells you in battle so that they can have domination." She adds in response. But there's a second tid bit of information that still needs to be said.
  146.
  147. However, for now, she'll let them respond to this one. Of course.
  148. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  149. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  150. [13:09] "What's done is done. Can't change the past." It seems that's all he had to say on the subject of Theria, and Osrona pulling out of the alliance.
  151.
  152. The other topic at hand was far more important to him.
  153.
  154. It seems his brother's challenge had yet another layer to it. He was always a pawn of someone. Be it his wife, or now Nysea, and Myllenoris.
  155.
  156. "Aye, I figured as much."
  157.
  158. The Overlord's arms would fold across his chest, as he quietly hummed to himself, pondering what he should do with this information, but in the end he lets out a simple sigh, before shrugging.
  159.
  160. "He won't beat me." There's a brief pause before he continued. "How he bested Pachua is besides me, but my brother will die today. This much, I can assure you."
  161.
  162. It had been a long time since him, and his sibling had gone at each other. They both had changed so much since then, but something would never change between them.
  163.
  164. When it came to fighting, Revan couldn't compare to him.
  165.
  166. "So ya' ain't gotta worry about that part, but I assume there's more."
  167. (Valero Task)
  168. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  169.
  170. [13:15] Dun would pace into the depths of the Marzius Volgin Community Theater with a thoughtful click of his teeth, remaining fingers idly tracing upon the blackened veins that lined his thick neck in a spiderwebbed fashion. Coughing up a bit of black blood into his sleeve, the ancient wizard would growl at the sound of his former son's name. Gritting his teeth with a fury that palpitated through his sickness.
  171.
  172. "A reasonable view of the matter, considering what was lost. Morok was one of the brightest minds I ever had the pleasure to work with; his efforts were integral to the completion of the gateway. His path ended far, far too soon."
  173.
  174. The elder would nod slowly at that, frowning. The serpent, he'd grown fond of him. He had understood who Task was and why, the evolution that was necessary of man.
  175.
  176. "It doesn't shock me to find he's being used as a puppet. It was always his way. First by his wife, then by the ambitions of his followers, and now the elves and Nysean remnants that surely spin a fine, sad yarn."
  177.
  178. Dun would spit a bit of black bile upon the ground at that. If there was one thing he could never forgive one of his sons for, it was becoming the exact thing he left Osrona for in the first place. A hypocrite.
  179.
  180. "I have faith in Valero's swordsmanship, but I've said it before. It was never Theria's intention to banish demons, nor in truth genuinely betray them, bar the poising of the practical joke as my son regarded."
  181.
  182. Task would nod.
  183.
  184. "In truth, it's because Osrona backing out lost half of our army, and Theria has suffered from fighting battles against superior numbers before. I wanted to warn Tyranny of the matter; that thinning the herd before the battle was most wise. But, I am not so...mobile as I once was. Dying has a bad habit of taking the skip out of your step."
  185. (Dun Task)
  186. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  187.
  188. [13:18] While the ascended remained silent on the matters regarding what was spoken by Carlisle. It wasn't until hearing the possible truth, that gave weigh to the woman's interjection into the topic. Briefly.
  189.
  190. "It matters now... Like your son spoke. What is done? Is done..."
  191.
  192. Waving a hand dismissively, they hadn't even wanted to touch on the topic of Morok. Despite hearing of appraising words from Dun, none could come to harbor the same agony nor fury held in the wake of the Snakes death.
  193. (Irkalla)
  194. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  195.
  196. [13:21] A modicum of animosity was expelled towards the two task if not for their withdrawal Morok would've probably survived. Eugo can't help but at the very least blame them that much however as the Ancient tasks speaks he could at the very least understand 'why' they did as they did however not forgive them.
  197.
  198. Although eventually the demons spite would subside leaving it as it was, Morok is dead and spats and disputes would not cause any progress to be made.
  199.
  200. The demon had no real opinion on this man Revan that they all spoke about for now he merely continued to listen and involve himself in learning. Theria seemed to be going through yet another war of rebellion, Eugo remembers watchin most of them play out throughout the Timestream.
  201.
  202. It always seemed to result in someones head being landed on a spike in one way or another.
  203. (Eugo La Ravias)
  204. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  205.
  206. [13:21] "I am working towards getting him back through the usage of his own gate." she says in response. "I've the necessary things to pull him forward...All he needs to do is take the bait. And when he bites, his body- fully preserved will be waiting for him once more. Healed and renewed to the state that it once was before his departure. He may be weaker in the long run but...His life will be returned and then, you all could work together in further preparation." But this isn't just about Morok's revival. This was about something more. Replenishing ranks, trying to find ways to pull others back into the grip of the Demons so that they can staunch the light once more.
  207.
  208. However..
  209.
  210. "Understandable, but do not allow your hubris to get the best of you. May I remind you that things can change in a short amount of time. Honor or not...Your life is what is the most valuable to you, Valero. You need not for me to tell you that. And when dealing with a snake such as Revan...I suggest that you bar any of his friends from watching him battle." She believes that it'll only be that much more strenuous for him. Especially, since things can go awry.
  211.
  212. "The matter is of Therian territory and Therians alone. Let no one else observe." She means to upset the status quo. To push this effort...Before glancing within the direction of Dun.
  213.
  214. "Revan has always been puppetted…? I never knew how easy it might be. I thought of visiting him within his dreams to assault him prior to your battle but...I've figured that it would be less 'poetic' if he were injured before then." A hum. Only before she moves onward once more.
  215.
  216. "I know...Tyranny was quite foolish but-...It's our ownfaults for following him into battle. We'll move on from this and grow-...Now, for the last bit of information." She adds in response.
  217.
  218. "Should your brother fall to you, Valero Task, they may be sending a squad of four warriors to best all of your people. If not, then they will be assaulting Therians...However, I'm uncertain if they mean to do this before or after Osrona. But I'm letting you know that War is on the Horizon for your people." She adds, bowing her head.
  219.
  220. "So it is best that you get ready for the worst."
  221. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  222. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  223.
  224. [13:31] Valero was of course, already away of Carlisle's plan. It's one of the reasons why he so easily agreed to allow her within his city. He found it so incredibly interesting. So, there wasn't anything for him to say in regards to that.
  225.
  226. Everything else?
  227.
  228. "I'm well aware of the type of man my brother is. That's why I was heavily considering rigging the whole thing. While, I am of course a man of honor... Well, in most cases. My brother has proven himself to be quite the snake."
  229.
  230. A slow nod of his head follows, as he slowly folded his arms across his chest.
  231.
  232. "That's why I arranged for this duel to be private. Further up the mountain. Just him, me, and our seconds, but-" A wry smirk would slowly creep across his face. "Should others be there while under the effects of an invisibility potion, then I suppose that's life."
  233.
  234. "Funny as it may be."
  235.
  236. A brief snicker escapes from the Warlord, before he continued. The news of Nysea, and Myllenoris' plans wasn't all that surprising. He imagined the ceasefire would have been called off the moment it no longer benefited them.
  237.
  238. Which was why he was working on something...
  239.
  240. "I see. I'll start making preparations in regards to that. Thank ya' for the information."
  241. (Valero Task)
  242. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  243.
  244. [13:33] Dun would nod steadily at that, listening to the topic of discussion as he wiped a bit of black bile from his beard. It was apparent to most that the aura of death was around him, Azrael's shadow was upon Dun Task with clarity. Yet, it seemed he remained alive at this point through sheer force of will and spite; he would not fall until his work was complete.
  245.
  246. "That is relieving to here. I had planned to appoint him the gatekeeper in my last address to Theria, and I've full faith in your ability to return him to this plane. His work is not done, he knows what comes in this age."
  247.
  248. A light smile spread across Task's face at that. If Morok could return to life, well, at least one of them would remain to tend the gate. To usher forth a new era through its fell confines.
  249.
  250. "Yes, Revan has a unique propensity to be immediately ensorcelled by the female form first, and surface level morality second. He was talented at copying me as far asappearance, but he never truly internalized my lessons. He had a fantasy of being a hero I reckon."
  251.
  252. Dun would nod slowly.
  253.
  254. "Yes, I know you will regrow. The shadow cannot be banished as long as there is light. I have lived one hundred and twenty one years, I've watched the tides of darkness ebb and flow. But it always finds a way, and this is the first time in this land's history that the forces of moralism are cornered."
  255.
  256. Task would click his teeth softly at that.
  257.
  258. "If Revan falls and they send their warriors? They've showed their hands as puppets, and no true Therian warrior will follow them. They'll play right into our hands, all that must be ensured is that Valero properly bisects that failure of a Task."
  259.
  260. Task would nod lightly.
  261.
  262. "I will be dead soon. The portal's reveal to the world will be my funeral pyre in a manner. But Theria will fight to its last breathe, as it always has,and always will. Valero is the best heir I could hope for in this matter."
  263. (Dun Task)
  264. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  265.
  266. [13:42] "Just a simple version of payment for allowing me to proceed with my works undisturbed." She says softly. "There are plenty of things that I've to attend to....But I do thank you for having the tact that your brother doesn't." She remains to be cordial within a sense, opting to push forward with her desires and all things that come with it. Although, there does seem to be a pause. Her smile widening.
  267.
  268. "If I were you- I would not even let him have his second present. As I've stated...This is a sensitive time, and it shouldn't be an 'oh-well' if they are there while invisible. Your life is important....You should take what I said and do things with it. Your victory decides the fate of your people. And your father. And the rest of your relatives. Should you lose..." She says, nodding.
  269.
  270. "They will kill all Task members. Know that to be true." But with that being said, despite the grave tone within her voice, she would then arise, her gaze soon shifting towards that of Dun.
  271.
  272. "I appreciate you, Mister Task. I wish that I've thought to come up here sooner and more frequently when I was in hiding. The people here-...Your people are lovely." She says in response. "...I'll do all that I can to bring him back. So that he can fulfill his role as your gatekeeper...But in the event that you do perish and throw yourself into that gate." She adds..
  273.
  274. "...And that he's not back yet. You tell him that I said hello...And that I told you so." A pause is given.
  275.
  276. "And that...I might, possible 'love' him with thelittle bit of heart that I've got left." A laugh. Surely, Morok would understand the message. But alas...
  277.
  278. "Now...If there are no further questions...I've work to do."
  279.
  280.
  281. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  282. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  283.
  284. [13:47] "I have a lot of things my brother doesn't. First of which being common sense." Once more the Overlord would find himself snickering, as he allowed his arms to drop back down to his sides, allowing them to idly dangle there.
  285.
  286. "But, I think there was a bit of a misunderstanding there." Valero's smirk would resurface once more. "I meant I'd have people hiding in the shadows. Waiting to strike should I fail."
  287.
  288. In fact, all he would need is a single person there with Hades, and him, but-
  289.
  290. Who that is would be his little secret for now.
  291.
  292. Though the comment about them seeking to kill every last Task results in a sigh, and an eye roll from the Overlord. "They're really not creative in their plans, are they? I'm not sure what they intend to accomplish by sending four people into a city full of soldiers., but I suppose it'll be their funeral."
  293.
  294. Valero fell silent after that, as the woman addressed his father. Though once she was done, he'd chime in once more.
  295.
  296. "No more questions. Best of luck with your work."
  297.
  298. "I have a death match to prepare myself for."
  299. (Valero Task)
  300. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  301.
  302. [13:50] Dun would smile with a grandfatherly tutting at that, his cold heart warmed just a bit by the sentiment. If ever there was a depiction of true love in the darkness, it was a woman who would not allow even death to stop her from her heart's desire.
  303.
  304. "I know you will succeed, and he will return. If not before my passing, I will ensure your message is ushered along."
  305.
  306. The elder would chuckle at that, coughing up a bit more black blood into his sleeve. It was clear that, in a way, the poison had not failed against Task. Decades of his potential life were stripped away by the effort, stolen by Revan's ambition.
  307.
  308. The ancient overlord would pace slowly before Carlisle, nodding firmly as he placed a fatherly hand upon her shoulder.
  309.
  310. "Yours is an inheritance like no other. Born heir to the darkness and light of this land. The elves butchered your rightful vassals long ago, but they could never snuff them out. They don't have the guts."
  311.
  312. Task would nod slowly.
  313.
  314. "Had I more time, I might have been able to lecture you on the history of this land. But with what I have left, I can offer at least this. Of all the covens that have stirred this land in the last one hundred years, you are the first who I believe actually has what it takes to thrive."
  315.
  316. Dun would raise his fist as he turned away.
  317.
  318. "This city is open to you, the walls stand against the stagnancy of order. I will be watching from beyond, I look forward to the show when I've at last passed."
  319. (Dun Task)
  320. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  321.
  322. [13:54] "I see..." She says while beginning to nod. "Very well then, Valero. I look forward to your success either way." She adds while beginning do yet another curtsy bow, before her attention shuffles over towards Valero, shaking her head from left to right. "I'm afraid not...They're very Cliché...And every now and then, they get a stroke of 'dumb-luck' and make a run of it." But not for long. Not when she is present- and here and prepared to bring all who are not aligned to her to ruin.
  323.
  324. But to digress.
  325.
  326. "Thank you, Father Task. I appreciate it." she says in response, her smile widening considerably- her hand drifting towards his own before she moves onward once more. "...I mean to make a difference with the Twilight coven. We're going to change this world for the better, Mister Task." A pause.
  327.
  328. "I'm going to make humanity evolve. One way or another...It will not be so weak when I'm done with it. We will be able to stand against all things- and alongside whatever it is that we wish." But with that said, she would depart.
  329.
  330. "I will be meeting you after your battle, Sir Valero- should I find out anything else, you will be informed."
  331. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  332. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  333.
  334. [13:56] Dun would offer a final warm smile and salute at that, this was Valero's steps as an overlord.
  335. (Dun Task)
  336. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  337.
  338. [13:57] "Understood."
  339.
  340. Valero would spin on his heels, as he aimed to depart from the Theatre, only halting his departure to say one last thing.
  341.
  342. "The evolution of humanity was always Hades, and my goals. Those who aim to get in the way of it will meet the same fate as my dear brother Revan."
  343.
  344. "I look forward to our chat after that battle is over."
  345.
  346. With that, he was off.
  347. (Valero Task)
  348. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  349.
  350. [13:58] With the conclusion of the talks Eugo would move to depart as well. The empty face of the Demon still puzzled by most of what was being claimed here. Many things were in the works that he was not privy to knowledge of and he accepted such for now.
  351.
  352. Although the Dark Shaman had his own goals, Ascending was the most of his priority, And for that calling he would need to put effort into improving upon his presences and usefulness to the Dreadwoods.
  353.
  354. As it seemed Theria was going through its own situation. "I know little about Theria and its qualms, However, I hope you are the one to walk away from this battle." Merely an idle opinion despite knowing little of him.
  355.
  356. With that Eugo would follow to the next destination.
  357. (Eugo La Ravias)
  358. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  359. [13:59] Carlisle ras Petrakis asks, "Well. Let's start then, yes?"
  360. [14:00] Irkalla says, "Mhm... Here or... Whereever it is you desire to have it."
  361. [14:08] "There's something that I think that needs to be spoken. Since I'm certain that you both are curious as to how things are between myself and members of various cities." She pauses for the moment, her gaze travelling towards the gate that directed itself towards hellheim. "...There are plenty of things that witches have done within the past- but none of them have realized their greatest strengths. We are capable of collecting secrets from people. And these secrets are like currency." She pauses briefly...Her hand smoothing carefully. She sets the newly corrupted chalice down...Now awakened with the Eye of Alabastre…
  362.
  363. "....For every secret that we possess within our arsenal, it is a layer of protection and exchange. If you want to survive, you house these secrets within yourself- and use them to your advantage to bring about all that you desire. Whether that is blessings, chaos, or more is up to you. But it is necessary-...And it doesn't have to extend to a witch. That can move onward to demons as well."
  364.
  365. From her satchel, would she withdraw a knife...Her gaze fluttering, her hands soon rising towards the sky once more. "....There are not enough witches present for the Black Sabbath, but I find that we've done more than enough to saturate this area with the Dark Lord's presence. All that is left...Is to bring him back."
  366.
  367. The body remains to be frozen over, held onto by lesser demons. "...If you would like to begin doing the beginning incantations- I would appreciate it, Irkalla. And as for you, Eugo...I'll need a bit of your blood as well or essence. That is..If you can bleed."
  368. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  369. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  370.
  371. [14:16] While looking over the small factory room, the unfinished projects scattered about did bring about the thoughts to their own work. Looking over in direction of the arrival of a few lesser carrying around a body.
  372.
  373. "Hm..."
  374.
  375. A subtle mumble as fingers reached to stroke at the pale visage. "Will do." As the noticed the chalice being placed on the ground. The demon spread out both arms towards the object.
  376.
  377. Humming in silence as they took a single breathe. Breathing in life to. The Animus. And all its unholy glory. "Of course... Such creativity to what I also look to inspire in my kindred. While it is a difficult task to work on crafts in a manner familiar to. Witches. As beings of Hel'Heim? We've the luxury of shouldering the task in other ways."
  378.
  379. Albeit, Irkalla was unique in that. It could express themselves in a plethora of ways.
  380.
  381. Displaying it now in shape of pages flipped, ghastly mist spilling outward as the ethereal sensations took hold over the area. Welcoming the horrific whispers to the essence's sealed within the chapters.
  382.
  383. "We call upon you, who others fear to reach for. Heed my call, as those present come with laborious breathes and exhausted options. Yet we manage to offer tribute, regardless..."
  384.
  385. Closing their eyes, the marking of the dark lord residing overtop their sternum began resonating like a heart beat. Pulsating in subject to all those present. A natural, beginning.
  386.
  387. For what was to come next.
  388. (Irkalla)
  389. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  390.
  391. [14:16] "All things bleed in their own way." While Eugo was mostly made of shadow there were parts of him that were real, And could be damaged. At the very least by his very own darkness.
  392.
  393. A rend of his flesh would quickly call forth the Purplish black blood to flow freely, Eugo taking one of the many vial of within this lab to place what eh could collect in it and wiping away any remaining residue.
  394.
  395. The vile was then handed over to Carlisle so she may use it as desired, OF course after which the demon began to gather Essence. A large Orb of bundled Essence would appear behind him, Seemingly at first it was invisible to the naked eye due to runes.
  396.
  397. "I am unable to gather Essence within myself like Witches are...Thus I've developed a method to constantly gather and bind essence into runes....As you can see." The orb was then compressed, It weighted tons however due to the nature of Essence it floated as if it was filled with helium.
  398.
  399. "I trust this amount is enough?" The demon would echo, If this was successful the Shaman could only wonder what more would come of this reversing death just as one would turn back Time...An interesting theory at the very least.
  400.
  401. "I will continue to supply more Essence so you both do not have to strain yourself. If anything I am good at it is that." Thus the demon would begin to draw his runes, Various curses layered upon one another that drew in Essence from the area, From the animals and even from people...Like black orbs of dark light they gathered in the center of the already massive black Orb of essence.
  402. (Eugo La Ravias)
  403. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  404.
  405. [14:29] She remains to be within denial. Anticipation gathered within the flexing of her arms- and with it, would the knife within her hand tremble. Here, she remains to be on her last legs...Where the strands of Sylavanum usher forth and the desire to possess more rings within the very recesses of her mind. She bids for Irkalla to start, because she knows that this drug has altered her mind. And her means of praise- but even then, she bears herself...And what is left of her soul to the gate that has snatched many others.
  406.
  407. "I have given everything." she says underneath her breath. "My love, my loyalty, my life...And all things that come with it." Her voice rises, the incantation that spills past her lips are not the words that echo forward from the moment. However. "You will heed my call." One could, perhaps, sense the desperation that ushers forth as she places herself upon her knees at the edge of the runic circle surrounding the goblet.
  408.
  409. "You will feast on me- again. And again. And again.." As the blood spills forth, one could see virulent hands reaching from the bottomless pit of the unholy grail. There, with her blood...Does she discard the herbal essences tinged with fairy powder. Alessa for the enticing, Luminite for the rousing of the spirit, fairy powder for the concentration...And last, but not least...The chiron shard to recall and aid in the reformation of the spirit.
  410.
  411. "And you will give unto me, just as I have given unto you. My Dark Lord...Hear my plea...And take all that I offer of you." From this position, does she summon the god that she desires. Enwreathed within blood- thorns of magic slicing into her being...Hands of obsidian and vermillion reach about her...
  412.
  413. "Sup from the rim of this cup- and feel what my forefather felt when he first arrive to these lands. Tis is but a taste of what you will get...But first, you must bring him back. Give him to me." The incantation continues onward...
  414.
  415. And although she kneels with her head bowed...The grail remains to be lifted above head. "...We are not meant to struggle-...And it is possible, that we could lose everything. But we need him. And our brethren. Return them to me-...At once."
  416.
  417. It is then, when she would bid for the others...
  418.
  419. "Irkalla, push forward please-...Bring his body into the gate." She says. "His soul will seek it. And I will do my best to hold it open long enough." She adds. "The Dark Lord will guide him with his palm. And with it...He and our brothers will drink."
  420. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  421. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  422. [14:38] While there lacked the presence of witches, a demonic kaor and one who'd ascended with witchcraft. Accompanying the young woman in this venture would surely prove capable in this. Right?
  423.
  424. Regardless, their gaze held back any expression as the woman exposed themselves to the dark lord. A weakness that came from surviving & enduring the harsh struggles brought upon demon-kind, and those who'd follow them.
  425.
  426. "You need not worry... We've surely the necessity to maintain the gate together." Spoken only after the woman finished, given word to push the lifeless body off towards the gateway. Raising a hand while the other rested over the animus.
  427.
  428. A beckon & call to the visceral magics lingering in the air. "Let the Dark Lord extend their hand to the mortal plane once more! Let the world realize the endless potential that comes with serving you! That comes with offering life & body! For even in death? There is no end!"
  429.
  430. Drawing out from the marking of the dark lord. The essence's baptized beside the demonic soul within the animus. Would cry out as they were released.
  431.
  432. Ethereal chains appearing to shackle the imagery of Amalia, Demios and even. Finn Ghede. Fragmented pieces, but surely their place in this world would warrant eerie from the dark lords gaze?
  433.
  434. To which... They too were sacrificed. Cries of horror before being consumed into the grail as well. An added boost. As it did prior.
  435.
  436. They couldn't bare to see failure once more.
  437. (Irkalla)
  438. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  439.
  440. [14:39] Eugo drew in the essence and allowed for it to be freely manipulated by the witches to support their crafts. The demon merely observing as the witch made he plead to the Dark Lord, The things she offered and sacrificed in order to bring back her beloved.
  441.
  442. While the demon understood little of love he understood that Carlisle's desire to bring back Morok was true. And that was enough for Eugo to support them in this effort.
  443.
  444. Black Magics continued to seep into reality as the Dark Shaman did chants of his own, Not quite up to the same part as witch Craft yet it seemed to focus the essence around them making the ritual proceed forwards.
  445. (Eugo La Ravias)
  446. [14:48] The willingness to suffer and sacrifice forces the god that she created for herself to pay attention. And before her, would the two paths open- the decision to either complete her contract...Or simply seek to do the impossible. And she chooses the prior. For she understands that the impossible is to go against him. And that the impossible...Would mean losing the gifts that she bears now. The perma-frost that surrounds her body, these shadows that tear into her flesh...And give herself and her essence to that of the Nethradin.
  447.
  448. Despite such a thing... Whether it be the lashes upon her back, or the way that the hands of nethradin and spirits would reach and tear into cloth and flesh alike...She does not move. She does not break. Instead - she keeps herself positioned with the goblet raised....And she allows her dreams to take her to places that nothing can ever go.
  449.
  450. 'Home'. Within the arms another - her father, her family... The city again, crowded within the dust. Her mother's arms in the middle of the night...Or perhaps, caught within the grasp of the demon whom she sought to forcefully ressurect now.
  451.
  452. She is unrelenting within her pursuit. Her chanting spilling forth- to aid within the black magics that dare spill forth.
  453.
  454. "...With this body, will we bring you greatness. With our souls bear and our hands extended, will we bring end to all those of the light. " Weakened but not broken, she continues.
  455.
  456. "Hear our plight and promise these lands nothing but chaos and blight. Strip our enemies of vision, smell, and sight...And let them feel fear. Let them hear your feet against our soil. And bring more to us. To all of us." A moment, but even then..
  457.
  458. "Finish the ritual off, please, Irkalla-...Eugo, bless the area with your occultism. I'll be staying here for a few days."
  459. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  460. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  461.
  462. [14:54] "Let this day mark the beginning of what can be..."
  463.
  464. It was a simple phrase, meant to elude at the rituals end. As much as they could preach in desires to see the dark lord once more walk the mortal plane. There came about only the inner desires to flourish in the wake of said comment.
  465.
  466. Allowing the Animus to bid the area a final gust of dark winds. Flowing across the grounds surface, converging onto the ritual circle where it'd all begun to seep into the single lifeless body.
  467.
  468. To what lengths it would have an effect on reaching out to morok & more in the realms of Hel'Heim. Were unknown, but without effort. They wouldn't find any fruits from their labor.
  469.
  470. "While we thrive off combat and death... There is more to the darkness than mindless chaos. Show it to the world, Dark lord. That one need only be devoted. To be gifted, in return."
  471.
  472. With a wave of their hands over the demonic pages flipping over countlessly. The halt would resonate with the room. Binding its ethereal contract. Devoid only once the gate should be closed. However long that would take.
  473.
  474. "Should you remain here then... Tell me of the news. When it finally meets an end. Yes?"
  475. (Irkalla)
  476. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  477.
  478. [14:56] A sweeping motion was made as Eugo would begin to expand upon his occultism allowing for their words to be mingled and enertiwned It was no doubt a blessing, The Shadows grew more dense and the Arcane symbol of Darkness appeared before them within a rune.
  479.
  480. As Irkalla spoke the final words of the ritual Eugo would twist and bend the shadows around them all distorting and bending all things with corrupted magics, Desecrating the area that had already been saturated in Darkness due to the ritual and the gate.
  481.
  482. The Shaman would continue his enchantments, Corrupting a great many things spilling the touch of the Dark Lord onto the area, A minor step in learning how to do the same to the Dreadwoods, Although he felt as though he would require more power to do this....
  483.
  484. Had this plan become successful ? It would mean a great deal towards the next step of turning the Dreadwoods into a true Kingdom of Darkness. "Do well then, I will see to the plans I have. And hopefully the time will come when we can accomplish even greater things."
  485.
  486. A glance towards Moroks body..wondering if this would truly succeed or something 'else' would come of it.
  487. (Eugo La Ravias)
  488. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  489.
  490. [15:00] Her senses are reeling. The stripping of essence from her being for the sake of rituals leaves her weak and famished. And yet, despite the trembling- she holds forth the chalice...Unwavering, unmoving as she responds to those that are around. "Yes...Of course. I'll tell you what'll occur afterwards. If you will-...Please, be safe." She responds while breathing in. And then out.
  491.
  492. "When I'm done- we'll begin working on the consecration of the Dreadwoods.."
  493. (Carlisle ras Petrakis)
  494. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  495.
  496. [15:00] Irkalla says, "Yes... We'll be on our war then. We'll need to ready for the venture regardless."
  497. [15:01] Eugo La Ravias says, "Mhm"
  498.
