ChristmAce 2016 Giveaway Rules

Official Rules for Twelfth Day of ChristmAce Giveaway

General Rules:
* Giveaway will occur at 8:00 PM EST on Sunday, December 25, 2016 (Christmas Day).
* Twitch Giveaways will be used for this giveaway.
* A keyword will be required for entry into the drawing.  You will be informed what this keyword is, and you will be given ample time to type it in.
* ONE person will win ONE prize.  They have their choice of which they want (see below).
* If your name is selected, you MUST be present to win.  I will tag you immediately once I see who has won, but if you are not responsive within 1 minute of when the Giveaway plugin says you were selected, I will re-raffle (with the "No Last Winner" rule on so the same name cannot be picked twice in a row).  This is strict.  If you respond at the 1:01 mark, you will not receive a prize.  Period.
* Once you are verified to be present, THEN we will discuss which prize you want and how you will send me the necessary information so you can receive it.

Prize Rules:
* The prize is your choice between either up to $25 in Steam Games, or a $25 Amazon Gift Card.
> If your preference is the Steam Games, you MUST be willing to friend me, if you have not already, so that I can gift you your games of choice.  We will assure you friend me *while* I'm streaming.
> If your preference is the Amazon Gift Card, you MUST be willing to provide a valid e-mail address for me to send the gift card's code to.
* In either event, you will inform me of your game list (if Steam Games) or your e-mail address (if Amazon Gift Card) via one of the two following methods:
> Twitch Private Message.  NOT a Whisper, but using the actual Twitch Messaging system.
> Discord Private Message, if you use Discord.
* To assure everything runs smoothly, I would MUCH PREFER that you get in touch using one of the two above messages almost immediately, as in, WHILE I'm still streaming, and let me know, so I can verify that you've communicated your game choices/e-mail address to me.  This will assure I can get your prizes to you as soon as possible after the stream is concluded for the night.

What If Rules:
Q: What if I can't/won't friend you/give you an e-mail address?
A: I don't forsee this being an issue, given you have your choice between *two* prizes, but if for some strange reason you refuse to do something very simple for my prize offer of $25, you will not receive a prize.  (However, you could still elect to pass it, or have it re-raffled; see below.)

Q: If I change my mind, and decide I'd like someone else to have it, can I ask for a re-raffle?
A: Yes, you can.  The moment you confirm you're certain about a re-raffle, you forfeit any current claim to the prize.  (Exempted, of course, if Twitch Giveaways picks you again, but I'll be using the "Disallow Last Winner" rule so that you cannot be picked twice in a row.)

Q: What if I would like to be generous, and want to pass the prize on to a friend of my choice?
A: That is your discretion, but they too MUST be present to pass the prize to them so I can verify who's getting it and that they are willing to receive it.  I will *NOT* honor any requests to pass the prize to anyone who is not present in chat.

Q: Can I give away individual games if I choose Steam Games as my prize, as long as the total is still $25?
A: No.  You must pass the entire prize package.  I don't want any potential grumbling over "he got a more expensive game than me."

In any case, the raffle WILL be resolved fully before any further interactive games will be played.

Prizes will be awarded as soon as the night's stream is over, if your game request list/e-mail address is readily available to me at that time.  If it is not, I will award your games/card at the earliest possible convenience once that information IS available to me.
