  1. Joseph Walton
  2. Joseph is a fairly short, bearded man seemingly in his 20s. He has a pale face and brown eyes, which have an overwhelming look of unrest or insanity. Despite his intellegent face he is quite unpleasent to look at. He speaks in a casual-village accent and dialect.
  3. Joseph was born in a small, remote village to a lone mother and an unknown father. In his early childhood he spent most of his time with his grandfather who (according to the locals) taught him witchcraft, necromancy and other forbidden arts. His grandfather was always disliked in the village, he rarely went outside his house and didn't speak much english- rather he filled his sentences with phrases from a language unknown to any of the listeners. He also exclusively paid in old, rusted and sometimes extremely rare antique coins. This didn't help with relieving suspicion, as it was already widely accepted that he has been doing something shady; from his house weird sounds echoed into the night, day after day. Sometimes it's laughter, sometimes muffled speech, but there were always more than 3 people speaking. After these presumed rituals there was usually a thunderstorm and dogs started howling or angrily barking in the entire village, almost in unison. His grandson didn't have a great reputation either. His fascinating, if not unsettling growth, both mental and physical made him someone the locals would avoid. He was also "disliked" by dogs to put it lightly, to the point that he has to carry a knife, and then a revolver of unknown origin for self prorection. It didn't help that after he reached 7 years of age- where he already looked and acted like a grown adult, people swore they've seen him with weird feelers coming from his chest and hands, the rituals seemed to be getting louder and louder, and the barking and thunderstorms worse and worse. When his grandfather unexplainably died one day, the rituals got even more profound; that is when the locals finally had enough. They raided their house and after finding various books on forbbiden worship, alchemy, necromancy and witchcraft, exiled him and his mother. After his mother suddenly dissapeared, he was left to wander alone. From then he didn't shy away from working with bandits, theft, murder or worse to accomplish his weird goals he never bothered explaining.
