>Sir Pentious - classic old western antagonist, dirty, crude and all too willing to shoot you with an old timey revolver
>Katie - a mess of neuroticism and anxiety, looks like she hasn't slept in days
>Slept her way through her career and got sent to hell for lust
>Tom - loud and abrasive, uses racial slurs, most of them are for germans
>Verbally abuses Katie
>Lucifer - completely apathetic, he doesn't even bother running hell
>All of hell just thinks he's still active in how hell runs
>Lilith - runs hell for her husband, if the words strict and uptight had a baby she would be described by that word
>She barely had any time to use to raise Charlie

>Charlie - neglected and irritable Princess of Hell with a short fuse and abandonment issues
>still wants to run the Hotel, but has more concrete ideas about it, and takes shit from nobody
>in a better relationship with her dad, though, she's starting to wisen up to the fact that he ain't all he cracked out to be - in fact, he'd been just as neglectful as her mom, because, while he always had time for her, he never looked after her, while her mother did, the few moments she had time for her daughter

>born in a more stable part of El Salvador, saw the country rebuild and become better after the civil war - unaware of the underlying corruption

>her death was a stupid accident on her part, and she's embarrassed about it
>still loves Charlie just as much, and wants to help her with the hotel, putting her organizing skills to good use
>basically Charlie's eternal sunshine, and substitute mom at times
>Angel Dust - creepy mafioso, Hell-wide notorious for his violence, lecherousness and unpredictability
>became the hotel's first resident to "humor them" - in reality, he's on the run from the rest of his family
>knows Charlie's Bi, loves teasing her, knowing he's hurting both of them, as Vaggie rarely speaks up for herself
>still gay, but in a misogynistic, hypermasculine way

>Alastor - sleazy, romantic radio host, hugger
>was a Mr. Rogers-esque figure in his own time (using the radio to be a nurturing sort of caretaker for his broadcast area, may have inspired FDR), has a soft spot for children, but wouldn't hesitate to trick adults for his own gains
>due to how many people inspired in life, even in Hell, he's well-known (and well-liked), having entire communities by his side
>his womanizing was what sealed his fate
>whole-heartedly supports the Hotel (mainly, because he wants to get out of Hell)
>Husk - OCD-afflicted, grumpy busybody
>cannot seem to rest, nothing's perfect for him
>was a logistics officer in the Vietnam War, saw the mass failure of the M16 riffles due to bad supplies and ammunition
>saw all the unnecessary deaths that occured because of this, as well the general horrors of the war
>knew Alastor from old recordings his father used to play for him - it is an honor for him to work with the man
>Niffty - Japanese-American, family interned during WWII, many dying due to abuse by guards
>completely broke off from the afterwards, became associated with organized crime as a "mystic lady of the east" and a poisoner
>made it big, grew lazy and sloppy, ended up dying because of it
>fully consumed by the delusion that she's a mystic princess in Hell, does everything perfectly, but with the barest minimum effort possible
>learned English from Alastor's recordings, decided to become the man's "patron" upon meeting

Eh, yes and no.
P2!Gospel is a shrewd, but fair businessman. He ultimately wants what's best for his daughter, and he'll put his foot down if need be.
But he also won't stop to brutalize anyone who hurts their daughters intentionally or out of negligence, and is quick to give someone the 3rd degree if they insult them.

>But she's never seen this cold, impatient version of Lilith in the same hallucination as any of the other voices in her head
