  10. I could try to explain it to you but it might be like trying to explain to a "normal person" why an event didn't really happen.

  14. As in - unless it has already occurred to someone (unless they can already perceive it) then an explanation isn't likely to help because if an explanation could bring that person to an understanding it would have already occurred to them. (And so I wouldn't be having to explain it.)

  18. In other words - when the time is right it will simply occur to you. It's not something you "learn" from another. The "answers" are obvious and within us all - it's just a matter of noticing them.

  26. I'd begin by asking "how is this not a dream?" just to see whether you have any incompatible ideas about "dreams". For example - some people claim they don't dream. Others claim they never dream in colour. Those people are probably going to struggle with the analogy even if they are open to it.

  30. I'd also ask whether you think you're *not* the universe witnessing and experiencing itself. (I.e., do you view yourself as "separate" and "distinct" to everything else around you?)

  34. Knowing a little about what you think "about it all" would help to make an explanation more likely to succeed.
